This sandwich is supposed to have double meat & cheese… Didn’t have either as you can see. Was also drenched in Buffalo sauce for some reason? I asked for ranch and got that instead, this was an online order by the way. Worker looked like he was having a bad day, don’t blame him entirely, something like this happens at every Subway location I seem to go here in Knox. Won’t be getting Subway again.

Placed an order online, said it would be ready at 845 9pm rolls around and they cancel the order. So I go to store the guy working was unprofessional on the phone loud and doesnt even acknowledge us. rude employees working. they will ignore you even if you’re the only person in the lobby and have waited for 10 minutes. there were two of them there, yet it took that long for me to be waited on. she didn’t say anything to me besides “i’ll be with you in a minute “ and “your total is..”. i understand having bad days, but that’s not really an excuse to be rude to a stranger. a little kindness would be nice.

Been going to this location for couple years, just because I like subway sandwiches, but as far as the customer service goes, this is one of the poorest store, always lack of employe during the lunch our. As you can see in the picture store manager is the only on duty person during the lunch hour.
