What a horrible person treats their customers that way?!? So angered that I didn’t catch his name but the bald guy with a beard was just rude. Put a smile on your face for the sake of the paying customer. Service is not something to take lightly. You can have a bad day but leave it outside where it belongs, not in front of the customer. The customers are the ones who keep your paycheck flowing. If your life is so depressing making food, quit and find a different job. If you can’t quit then make the best of it. If you can’t make the best of it then fake it for the people who literally keep you employed…paying customers!

We attempted to get something to eat but were unable to as the two workers were more interested in talking to their friends, who the male worker called over to chit chat as he told us he’d be right with us, and one another to take our order. I had to stop the one who started to prepare our sandwich as she grabbed the wrong bread and then after getting the right one she proceeded to talked to her coworker rather than starting our order. I had already said more than once LOUDLY that if they can’t be bothered to do their jobs and take our order then we will go eat elsewhere so after being flat out ignored so they could talk to one another- I raised my voice once again and stated that since they were too busy chit chatting and d*€king around, we would be eating somewhere else. They proceeded to shout something back but we didn’t stick around to hear it. We thoroughly enjoyed a burger from burger lab across the food court instead and after this experience- we will not return to this subway and suggest to you, the reader of this review, please learn from our mistake and just avoid this subway at all costs.

The subway at west town mall is a joke. Almost every time I have tried to eat there there’s always a hand written note on a napkin saying they have closed! It’s never stocked, and the guy that’s always there always has an attitude!

Me and my coworkers went to lunch and when he went to order he said what he wanted and a girl there said “what” and he repeated it and then she said “are you retarted” so we ended up leaving, well my other coworker placed a order online and when she went to pick it up they said they were closed and she said she already had a order placed and said it was ready. This is horrible customer service and if you cannot handle working in a busy mall don’t work there! no need to be rude as hell, this store needs to do better heard a lot of complaints about them

I waited on someone to come to the counter for about 10 minutes or so and even rang the bell a couple times and nobody showed up. So I decided to go get chick fil a instead because they have better service apparently. Then after I sat down and ate I heard the bell ring at the counter and saw some other customers waiting and finally saw a guy appear from the back. I was highly upset with this, I won’t bother going back to this one.

Quote sandwich artists “seemed too busy to take our order and were more interested in being outside smoking. When they did take our order they said that they were new and could not figure out how to open the meat cooler. Both seemed very frustrated and that they didn’t wanna be there… Honestly probably won’t go to this one again. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
