Always love a Subway Sub, but the service here was exceptional!! My husband is kind of picky and the lady that waited on him was so full of information and things for him to try on his Sub. Highly recommend and was such a pleasure getting out dinner there. Will most definitely return!

Stepped inside looking for Caffeine Free Diet Coke since many Subways have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. Since I could see fairly quickly there was only a regular fountain without the caffeine free choice I wanted, I turned to leave. An employee came out of the back yelling after me as I was almost to the door. I tried multiple times explaining I had just popped in to look for a specific drink & either she didn’t understand or was trying to give me a hard time; I could never really tell. Whatever it was, it was a bizarre experience being hounded to explain my presence & feeling like I had to make her understand before I could leave. Would certainly never stop in to eat in the future.

Have had the same issue with all the subways as much as I have ate at many locations I have never received not a single subway club point and was assured numerous times oh font you worry your credits will show up within a few days 4 years later God only knows how many subs and $ I still haven’t received any credits promotion nothing but hot air that was all a lie

This is a pretty solid Subway in Sevierville! The bread and ingredients were all fresh even though it was almost closing time, and the service was fast and courteous. The dining room also appeared to be very clean. If you’re passing through Sevierville on your way to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and need a quick bite to eat, this Subway is a good option.

If I could give a 0 I would!! I placed an order through the app, from Jefferson City and for some reason it sent it to sevierville location. I tried calling that location over 10 times which I have the proof on my phone. Finally a lady (Stephanie) picked up, sounding bothered that she even had to answer the phone. Guess because it was ringing off the hook with me calling multiple times. I explained to here the order was supposed to be for the Jefferson City store. And I needed to cancel this order off my credit card. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t cancel my order and it would still be processing even though I couldn’t pick up the food. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and I know for a fact you can cancel a credit card!! Especially if it hasn’t processed yet!!! When the store closes is when you run all your reports and close out credit cards for the entire day!!! I will be by that store tomorrow and hopefully can talk with someone that maybe can actually do their job!! I will never go back to this restaurant after I get my payment back or the food replaced!! Poor rude employees ruin a place’s reputation!!!! That would be you Stephanie

I went to this location for lunch today and had a misunderstanding about using a coupon at the check out and the employees were incredibly rude, talking to one another about the situation while I was still standing at the register. Not only were the employees rude to me, they expressed disgust at the topping choices of the customer in front of me. The service was fairly fast for how long the line was.
