There was a new person, never seen her there the times that I usually go there. I believe her name is Kalsey, but anyways she was not very polite with me and my husband. She gave us an ugly attitude the moment we walked in, we told her what we wanted to order and totally dodged everything we said and when I told her what type of ingredients I wanted, she rolled her eyes at us. I asked for my sub to be toasted and was not toasted at all. And she kept cutting my off everytime I asked for her to add the vegetables. Never had any type of service like that before and I hope no one else will have that type of service from her specifically.

When I came in I didn’t expect the man who was working to be as knowledgeable and friendly as he was. John was the only one in the store running it at the time. He had informed me of all the different possibilities that weren’t even on the menu in store. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was fairly clean. As he handled my order he would offer options and give recommendations. All together it was a good experience, and i had fun while ordering food and you don’t get that kind of exchange in the food industry anymore.

I frequent this location more often than I’d like to admit, and I always order online using their app. My biggest complaint is that when there are people in line, your online order is pushed to the back. Placed an order 8:47pm and the app said it would be ready by 905pm. Awesome! I get there a few minutes before and realize its not ready. No worries, I’ll sit on my car for a minute.

It’s coming up on 930pm and I’m watching as the employee makes every customer’s order that walks in the door while completely ignoring all online orders. This isn’t the first time this has happened, however it is the most egregious. What’s the point of ordering using the app if you have to wait until everything clears out to get served?

Completely disappointed in their staff, one of the women applied six to seven lines of buffalo sauce to my flat bread, along with one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever had the opportunity to observe. I’ve called five times now and no answer “guilty conscience anyone” I’ve took the privilege of uploading two pictures of the amount of buffalo sauce she applied, I’m set back at the amount. Not to mention that I had to grab my own napkins due to a worker not wanting to work, not having enough common sense just to flip a customer the bird from having zero work ethic. Yes I emailed Subway and told them I’ll be there tomorrow night for my complete REFUND. 100% unsatisfied customer.

DONT EVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!! They have flies all over the place. I went to the store on 09/01/2024 on 5:11pm. I started ordering my sandwich. I didn’t see the flies in the veggies at first. The lady made me pay first while my sandwich was toasting and when the time came to put the veggie on, I saw SO SO SO many flies in there. I said I can’t eat that food and asked for refund, and she denied to refund me. I paid $17.60 for nothing. The store like this should be closed and employees like that lady should be fired. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!

We didn’t stay or eat here. We stopped to get a sandwich, but the Subway is behind the same counter as the gas stations. So the same clerk that handles gas station cash transactions, also makes the sandwiches. He looked like his hair hadn’t been washed in a couple of weeks. No way would I eat there.

The food was great, despite the fact that only one person is on shift at a time. I waited at least 20 minutes before I placed my order. The guy behind the counter was doing the best he could, between the drive-thru, online orders and walk-ins. But considering you’re close to quite a few industries, I’m pretty sure nobody on a clock can wait a half-hour for a meal.

Always so fresh and so clean. Staff members are the most impressive Subway team. I was so happy when left.
THE Only thing I think could improve on is, the new ” Prime Barbecue Roast Beef Sandwich.
It’s not the Manager’s, employees, or any other staff. It’s the franchise owners. I know what sandwich they are trying to imitate. I ate McDonald’s 7x a week for nearly 30 years.
