This location was very busy today during lunch, and they were more than adequately staffed, yet they were completely out of MANY ingredients. When one of the people in front of me struck out on THREE different things (including wheat bread, meatballs, and tomatoes)the sandwich artist claimed that she’d go get tomatoes herself if there weren’t any by tomorrow. Usually the sandwiches here are mediocre, but this last experience was very off-putting, thus lowering their rating.

Always understaffed, and poorly maintained. Waited 20 min, while one girl made the 3 people in front of me there orders. They were out of tomatoes, only because she didn’t have time to prep more. Management is a joke. Sadly, this is the only commercial food place within 20 min.

Corporate has these restaurants running pretty consistent…they always fresh glove up…and the sandwiches are predictable…this location the same, however after 3 the tuna at times dries out on the top..they need to cover better between guests…..this one is in a gas station (marathon)…the gas side needs updated..

My first trip was about a week ago or so and the veggies were brown and looked like they’d sat out since Christmas so I decided not to get anything…. weird enough… had another client out there the other day I had to stop at the same gas station and I swear….. the lettuce was THE SAME…. and the veggies just looked rotten… corporate needs to get involved.
