I don’t normally leave bad reviews but man this location needs to get their act together. Service was terrible if I could give zero stars I would. I went to let the gentleman know that I had placed an online order and he automatically said you placed the order at the one down the street. I looked back at my mobile receipt and it said the location in the jacksboro Walmart. After I showed him he got pissy and just slopped my sandwiches together. They were the messiest and nastiest sandwiches. Very dissatisfied!

Lady who I believe is manager should not be managing around food. This is several times we have been in here and the fresh track marks up and down her arms, the lack their of to hide it. She can’t sit still, never changes her gloves, always out of food. Now on the other half. Amy who just started their 3 weeks ago should be the manager. Always friendly, clean and polite. She knows what she’s doing. Need to get rid of the other manager during the day. Not someone who will make our food ever again.

Ate here earlier today. The first thing the cashier says is that she needs burn creme… then shows a nasty bandaid before she puts on gloves. She had very dirty greasy and unkept hair with no hairnet. Why I still ate there? I have no idea. She was so slow at one point a customer after me waited almost 15-20 minutes for her to finish 2 sandwiches for the customers before him. Veggies all looked void of color, and half of the flatbread was as hard as a rock. Now I just spent the rest of my day not feeling well and my last hour throwing up and on the toilet with chills. Not being able to even keep water down.

The lady at the counter couldn’t put the phone down long enough to take our order. All the sodas in the machine were flat, but they couldn’t refund the cost of the beverage. Apparently refunds must be issued by the GM who wasn’t there. The employee who made our sandwich came from the back, and didn’t wash their hands. All and all, I’ll just drive to the one down the road.

I was hook, line, and sinker until I seen track marks! Nodding off at the counter and touching everything without changing her gloves. So disgusted that I didn’t even wait around. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed, but will be the last.

I ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery. I am so disappointed! The bread was so stale, it fell apart and was inedible. We had to transfer the ingredients to our own bread at home. I can’t believe they were making that and thought it was okay to serve. I’d rather receive a message saying they were out of bread for the day. Such a waste of money!
