I work at west summer street subway,just to jump in here and give a little detail with what we do.Our bread comes frozen off the trucks and we put the bread on pans every night then place them in the cooler.Bread takes over night to thaw out so it is freshly made in the morning .We keep the place very clean,it does get difficult sometimes when we are extremely busy,We chop up all the food by hand and sometimes when we run out of something we have to run to the back to grab more.it also makes it hard sometimes especially when we are by ourselves but we do everything we can to make the customers happy.I absolutely love my job.The customers are getting to know me and I love seeing them walk in with a smile If there was anything bad in our subway I surely wouldn’t be eating here myself and neither would my friends or family members that also come in now.Love subway

We like ordering sandwiches at the Subway, and in fact it’s the only type of sandwich that my son will eat. We like the fresh toppings and the service is usually quick. The sandwich artists do a great job and they’re always kind and efficient. We get greeted by the entire crew when we walk in and it gives you a little warm feeling and usually puts a smile on my face. We would definitely recommend this place to get a meal, especially something healthier than the usual fast food options out there.

I’m disappointed and upset with the Subway at the Town Square shopping center. After placing an order and receiving it via Door Dash we did not get the correct bread also the bread had a moldy taste that ruined the whole sandwich. We ordered cookies as well and even those weren’t the right cookies. A call was placed to them and we were told that they didn’t have any other bread in the store but what we received. When told about the smell and taste we were then told that the bread is made fresh everyday and if we had an issue to take pictures and bring it in Monday when the manager will be there. My family will not be going there or ordering from there again.

I always get great service at this Subway. It’s close to where I work, and they offer quick service that gets me in and out when I’m in a hurry. The food has always been fresh and tasty. I recently had them fix a couple of platters for a work luncheon, and they did a great job in a very timely manner.

So I’m afraid I don’t have any idea what the guy’s name is(he had rubbed his name off his nametag and wouldn’t tell me when I asked, but there’s a particular employee who often works here in the afternoon shift who basically treats people who come in like they’re a huge annoyance. He continually rolled his eyes when I was trying to be polite, and completely messed up what I had clearly asked for. I will try to let the management know, because I believe this guy is the main reason this subway is completely empty most of the time.
