I visited mcdonalds today in Saltillo ms while on lunch and when I tell my quarter pounder was Raw I mean RAW. Disappointing food.

Food was as great as McDonald’s can do. Service was quick and to the point, for some reason kids chicken nuggets weren’t available but no points deducted for that things happen. Atmosphere is a 3 only because we used the drive through but I did rate the atmosphere because the way the employees seemed to have conducted themselves at the window leads me to believe the atmosphere inside would’ve been comfortable.

So Sad. Always check your order before pulling off! My husband ordered a BigMac and and a large fry and 10pc nuggets for the children. The Big Mac had only one patty on it and the fries were overly cooked so they were hard. The General manager was rude and Not friendly at all. She asked for the food back in which they’re not suppose to take food back after it’s left the restaurant and handed to customers for sanitary purposes. She finally remade the food but going back And forth with me about the sandwhich. She was very unprofessional . I realized the burger had one patty once I bit into it so hungry from breastfeeding my baby. I try to give this restaurant a chance when I’m in the area but I will NOT be back. This is not the first time this location has gotten my orders wrong and friends that live in the area complain about them also.

My experience was the worst ever! First I ordered a cold caramel macchiato & was told at the window to pull around…for the coffee. As soon as we pulled around we were met by “the manager” who said the machine to make my cold coffee was down & asked if I would take a frapp instead. I said yes. 15 minutes later I decided to go inside to get it. Everyone was running around doing nothing but looking busy. After an additional 30 minutes inside & a couple of “we’re getting it ma’ams” the manager finally came to me to explain that no one knew how to change the bag on the frapp machine…when the second person other than me walked in to complain…the manager stopped talking to me & walked over to the woman & started taking care of her leaving me standing there still wanting the coffee that i paid for! After a minute or 2 I turned & walked out…extremely angry! I not only got messed around by this MacDonalds, I paid for it & an hour of my time gone! Wont be going back!!!!

Went there and received a receipt that was faded on one side. When notified, manager said the printer is broken and she can’t fix it. Next day, same issue. I ordered oatmeal and asked if they had the raisins and cranberries and was told they do but did not get them in the bag. For a town where everyone else is SUPER friendly, this location leaves a lot to be desired. If they cannot muster up the energy for a proper greeting, they should invest in a prerecorded announcement.

Got a double quarter pounder meal got home burgers were raw. Took it back they gave me another one! Ok cool stuff happens!…Get home just as raw as the first one! they are suppose to be cooked fresh as ADVERTISED but this burger was cold and cheese not even melted. I did call and tell them the mistake was made twice and dude did yell at them but still….Not only is it ridiculous it’s dangerous hopefully all of us don’t get sick….Seen where atleast 12 or 13 people have complained about the same thing just now after I left!

This place always messes up my order. They either leave something out or give me the wrong thing. Example: I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and after I got it and drove down the road a bit I discovered that I had received a quarter pounder with cheese. I payed for a 2 patty burger, not 1 !! This is just one of the dozens of examples I have from this McDonald’s. Always check your bags before you leave!!!
