At night there is an older lady who keeps refusing to make steak and cheese and chicken sandwiches claiming that they are out of meat. But she said there’s blocks in the back that are frozen. How can a Subway refuse to make steak and cheese and chicken sandwiches. It’s now happened five times.

There is this really rude older lady who works there at night who keeps banning people and telling them that they don’t have steak and cheese sandwiches. After she was told that we complained on her the next time we came in she said that we were banned by some lady named beth. Our visit was on 9/11 sun afternoon and we found only 1 employee working. He was very courteous, friendly and polite. But was having to do all the work; and when we asked him if help was coming he responded that he would be the only one till closing. This is not acceptable! When we left store there was 9 people waiting in line. There should never be only 1 working at anytime. I think this young man should be given a raise and promotion. When we visit again, and find the same situation we will leave and take our business elsewhere.

I had to change my review from one ⭐ to five because I went there last night to get dinner for my family and the place has completely changed the staff worked together like a well oiled machine the new sandwiches they offer are delicious I was so impressed by the staff I left them a $10 tip in their jar will definitely come back again I’m so happy they got better I love subway
