We ordered double meat and didn’t receive it and the food wasn’t heated not good when it’s a steak sub. Tried calling the store and got no answer. Will not be back which is sad because we order from here a lot but Everytime we use the app and don’t stand over the sandwich maker it is always wrong. The chicken roll-up was so hard my dog wouldn’t even eat it.

Ordered online 1st time at this location..order was not made as ordered..not toasted,,bread didn’t look like it was baked all the way..soaked in mayo..which was supposed to be regular..bacon not cooked on sub at all .so very disappointed..will never go again to this location

We will never return this location. Workers are rude and very unprofessional (cussing and slamming stuff around) and the sandwich was nasty. I have worked in restaurant business and my family goes to many restaurants and this is the worst place we had ever been too.

I live in Erwin TN – and went there at lunch time and they were completely out of bread. So I drove to the Johnson City location on S Roan St. Let me say Brianna couldn’t have been sweeter- yes, they had bread and she was running the entire show. And my food was great! Thank you Brianna!
