I visited this Subway for lunch today.
The employees behind the counter were very polite, Jessica appeared to be in training and Deshila ( I hope I spelled it correctly) showed she knew what she was doing. I got the daily meal deal and couple in front of me had not heard of it. The employees took their time to explain the deals to them. The food was great and the employees were very professional.

Amazing all around. The store was clean and looked great. Food was delicious. Brooke was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful with deciding what I wanted with plenty of recommendations based on popularity. She was so kind and made conversation while making my food. I highly recommend this subway. The crew is amazing!

Got 3 sandwiches through the app,none toasted all cold. Waited forever. My kids sandwich was supposed to have light mayo and they drowned it. Like why? Scraped a lot off but it was still soooo much. So much money and they cant even make a damn sandwich. Then ask for a tip like pllllzzzz. I wish it would let me post the picture of this sandwich with all this mayo.

Brooke and Callie were very rude and impolite. Refuse to give you any customer service phone number, manager phone number, etc.
Money was taken out of my account for an order and they said it “didn’t show up” on their end and to contact customer care through the app. But there is no phone number in the app to contact. When I asked for the managers name or phone number to resolve to issue they threatened to call the police on me… very strange and rude behavior.

Honestly this is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service, the food looked like it’s been sitting out all day and soured. This subway is so unsanitary. Corporate needs to shut it down or get new workers. “Brooke” was so rude. She doesn’t need to work in the food industry if she’s going to talk and treat people the way she does. Don’t recommend at all. Do better subway!!!

This place is the absolute worst. Not only are they unclean, they are rude to their chat and their co-workers. I over heard one girl being asked to help with dishes while the other 2 were busy making sandwiches and she turned around and said “that’s not my job”. I think her name was Brooke or Brookelyn. She didn’t want to help them with anything. When asked if she would take over making sandwiches so the other person could do the dishes she huffed and puffed and got snippy with the lady in front of me. When I got my sandwich I debated on handing it back because it honestly just looked so unappetizing. Corporate really needs to look into this place because this is unacceptable.
