As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

So I went into checkers one night and got a small milkshake. The milkshake was filled to the brim and frozen as in, a milkshake. I go in again today and I ordered the same thing but I got different results. I tried to talk to the employee who was a women, looked about 40 tbh, about it but before I could I was bombarded with her rude attitude. Describing why the milkshake wasn’t filled up and I didn’t even say anything. Then I mentioned how the milkshake wasn’t an actual milkshake and the women just gave me attitude the whole time. Saying that she doesn’t make the drinks, that the drink I had before was probably over frozen, that it was too early for all this. Talking crap about the whole thing when she went to the back, and saying if I didn’t want it that I could refund it. Barely letting me speak and talking over me. I eventually turned in my food and took off the milkshake and “supposedly” got refunded (bank is acting weird). I just want to say that, it is not too early. Everyday for MY job, I have to wake up at 6. So if I 10 is too early, then she needs to rethink where she wants to work at. Not trying to be rude but I did not go to that checkers wanting to be given attitude. I was just trying to describe how my milkshake wasn’t what I thought. I then got told to have a bless day and that god loves me… First image is the milkshake I got. My fries and chicken had hair on almost every piece!
Thankfully my money didn’t go to waste and someone in my household didn’t care about the hair.
I always have problems with this Checkers, workers are lazy and rude. ESPECIALLY TO THEIR DOORDASH DRIVERS AS IVE WITNESSED.

So we ordered Wendy’s through door dash. Instead of trusting our instincts and ordering chilis, we decided to budget and go with the closest and quickest to our location. It came very quick to our home, but every single item was either wrong or inedible. The hot dog was ordered without mustard or ketchup, and it came with both on it, despite the receipt clearly stating the obvious. My question was the color of the meat? Grayish blue instead of red or brown, that’s suspicious for sure and definitely didn’t want to eat it. Then, the chili cheese fries were bacon cheese fries, not what I ordered but thankfully they were halfway edible if you could get past the grease and the soggy fries.Last but not least, the chicken tenders. These were probably sitting in grease by the looks, too hard to even bite into. This is the first and last time ordering from checkers, ever, anywhere.

Soooooo yea. Do yall see my fries… for it to be a large this was just thrown together not even fulfilling to say the least… with the spicy chicken sandwiches ii could’ve sworn they came with pickles. Went to checkers tonight me my wife and daughter. And we got pulled up and this is what they bring out to my vehicle we get home my chicken sandwich is dried out as u can tell on the picture fries have been redipped so many times they don’t even taste like checker fries they are limp usually they are crunchy but they fall to the side as soon as u lift one to eat but what blows me is to open my kids drink and a freaking fly is dead on top of her soda inside the cup how do you not see a dead fly in the top of a soda before you put the lid on ima going to do everything in my power to get a resolution for this bit $30 dollars for a dinner and we got old food

I don’t know what it is about this checkers but they need to either close this place down or get a new crew I used to like this place but now I hate it everytime I’ve ordered from this location my order is always wrong or nasty. Ordered from this location last year got food poisoning, decided to give them another chance and nothing has changed first my burger looks unappetizing meat looks old they gave me those nasty fat ends of bacon just looks unedible second I didn’t get my other sandwich and third it looks my like bag was open.
I understand what it like to be open late on holidays but cmon this is ridiculous it’s like yall threw my food together and called it a day. I hope this place goes out of business I will never order from this location ever again

I ordered two Big Buford sandwiches…no mayo or ketchup and a large fry. I get home and one sandwich was drenched in mayo (even though it was special ordered and I waited around ten minutes for it), neither had tomatoes or mustard and the fries were burnt. I tried calling the establishment (ten calls so far), but no one answered and the phone eventually hung up. I took pictures and I have that mess in the fridge. I will be taking it back tomorrow for a refund. The Wynnton Rd location is where I normally frequent, but they were slacking today.
UPDATE: Next day – Just got off of the phone with the manager (although I’m not sure if it really was the manager because she would not identify herself by name after I requested it several times). I was told that they would replace the order, but I could not get a refund because I did not have a receipt, WHICH THEY FAILED TO SUPPLY TO ME ON YESTERDAY!!! I don’t want a replacement. I guess that I will instead just eat the cost and just post pics of the disgusting looking food that I received. I WILL NEVER AGAIN FREQUENT THE WYNNTON RD, COLUMBUS GEORGIA LOCATION.
