Would give zero stars if I could. Iv been to 3686 Bell Rd location a few times over the yrs and the staff(men & women)95% of time r rude..they r sooo stingy with the food that it’s pathetic, it’s like they count the spinach which is 3 on a half sandwich. Went there recently 2023yr my gut feeln tells me to go to another one but I didn’t, I askd rude employee man if they hve meatballs for a meatball pizza sandwich which it’s no longer on the menu but u can still order..Mr., rude man didn’t answer he went to back brought out a round pizza I said no not that, he said VERY rudely, u said PIZZA!! ..(I told him don’t worry about it I knew I should’ve come here, and as I was leavn he said good leave, something like that he said..I told him yall r ALWAYS rude anyway) I will never again go back to that location! If he had let me finish askn my question b4 headn to back for round pizza he would hve known what I was tryn to order!!!

The employees are very rude. I am a Doordash driver. Today Monday January 23rd around 9:30am and 10:30am I went to Subway at 3686 Bell Rd Nashville TN 37214 because I had a warrant. The female employee there was very rude. He only made me a sandwich, he told me to put some coca cola and chips in my mouth. Teach employees to be polite when customers come. Or hire another employee!!!

Subway is not the best sandwich but I do enjoy one now and again. This is the most unpleasant location ever. The owners who work the counter are rude or at least super grumpy every single time. Heaven forbid you ask them to put stuff on your sandwich on top of the bare minimum of meat and cheese. Not a please thankyou hello goodbye to be had. Not sure why these people bought a public facing business since they seem to hate customers. Also not reliable to be open on time in the morning.

Worst subway in the United States. I travel a lot and subway keeps me eating healthier. This subway cheats on the meats and will not put hardly any veggies on. I took a picture of today’s sub to prove it. I was charged $4 more dollars for extra onions and bell peppers even though there is hardly any on there. No subway any where else goes this easy on onions and peppers and then charges you extra for it. I pray to GOD Subway takes there franchise rights away.

The door was locked early and the cashier only looked at me while I pulled on the door. The sign says they close at 9:30. It was 9:00pm on a Saturday. I guess the workers were ready to go home early. The food was standard subway but the staff is rude and not very helpful. I asked for extra extra banana peppers, even stated “I would please like a LOT of banana peppers, like a big handful”. The man making my sandwich picked up 5 rings of banana peppers. I said I would like EXTRA please, like 3 times that much. He added 5 more. I had to ask him three times to put more on my sandwich, and the final time he made a comment to his coworker that I didn’t understand but it was clear that he didn’t like my request. I was not trying to be difficult, I made my request clear and simple. If you don’t want to make a sandwich the way someone asks you to, don’t work at subway?

Unfortunately poor service. It is getting horrible that people can’t even smile or even be nice while you are spending money in their astonishment. Please act like you are happy to help your customers. I understand we all have bad day’s but give someone the chance to make your day better. If I smile please smile back and be friendly.
