Staff asked me for a tip. Tip– ask your boss to give you more of their profits. And I believe it’s actually family owned and run, so the staff member is basically the owner…. Tips are typically for establishments with full service dining. Also they don’t take all the coupons on the flyer I receive in mailer. I’m not sure why you would own a franchise and not fully participate in the mailer system they offer. Owners would be better off opening their own shop and raising their own wages, not paying the franchise fee. The surrounding restaurants aren’t franchises and do fine.

Everytime I order from them my order gets canceled, with a statement that the store is reported to be closed. I have called the store after incidents like that, and guess what… They were open!

its a very rare occasion for me to write a negative review for a restaurant, but this was awful. the older woman behind the counter was rude and would slam my things down for no apparent reason. i asked for a different cheese and things added and she completely ignored me… like stopped, looked at me, and continued on. AND my food was cold when i got it. i asked for it to be reheated and she acted like i just slapped her mom, just before slamming my food on the counter again after it was pulled out of the oven. i was trying to be polite as possible even though i was going through a terrible day, this just made my day worse. you couldn’t pay me to return to this location.

They need to update hours of operation on entry. Place says it closes at 9p on Sunday. Came in at 7:55p and employee says they were closed.

This location is awful! Legitimately one of the most horrendous experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The employees are just plain mean each time I go in the staff is just plain rude. I asked them to toast a sandwich for me and they flat out refused. Do not come here if you have the option go to literally any other Subway

The Subway at Nippers Corner was not good. Never been there until today and won’t go back. Staff is not very nice. I asked the women what the sandwich was for today she turned around and walked off. She came back and I said I want the Italian. She then kept asking me what meat I wanted. Fi all the guy came out and heard me say Italian. They put hardly any veggies on there so you mostly tasted bread. The bread was old and at the end of the sandwich I had to pull with my teeth very hard to get a bite. The last bite of the bread was so hard. I couldn’t chew it. Jimmy John’s is across the street and Publix is in the same shopping center. It is worth waiting in line at the other places than go into a restaurant where noone is during the noon hour.

I went in to order a party platter (the one that feeds 7) and I was informed by a rude female employee that I needed to order it online & wait for it to get approved. I told her that I called a few days ago to ask if I needed to order it ahead of time and they said no. She was not willing to help me order it online and didn’t seem to care about my business. I left and called a different subway, the one a mile down the road off of Nolensville Pike, and they were more than happy to accommodate my simple request of a 5 sandwich party platter. Better yet, he said it was “no big deal”. I know which subway I will be going to for now on

The first time I went was fine. The second time I went, the price jumped ten more dollars for the same order. This last time, the price jumped another ten dollars. They added sub costs to the sandwiches. I will never be back.
