I love Subway. It is one if my favorite places to eat if I’m doing take-out. However, this is by far the worst Subway I have ever visited. I am writing this after giving them several chances. I live fairly close and keep coming back thinking they will improve. After today, I give up. Several times I have ordered and got stale bread. Once the girl was even pulling the center out of the bread, until I stopped her.

Never order from this place either through the app or phone. Your order will not be made until you get there because the staff are too busy playing on their cellphones than doing their actual jobs. I ordered through the app was told a time tobpick up and even gave them extra time and nothing was even made both workers were just sitting on their butts playing with their phones and said they did not start the order yet. Why? Work is secondary and no supervision. Welcome to the new workforce in America

Thought I’d try the new sandwiches so got one for me and one for the wife. $25 for two footings number one. Number two the guy making the sandwiches kept asking me if I wanted anything else on the sanwich andbI responded everything that comes on it to which he got confused. I had to point to the board that said WHAT GOES ON THE SANDWICH LOL. And the sandwiches were just OK.

Are they kidding with the HVAC? Employees are wiping their forheads from sweat and then making the sandwiches. Make it a liveable temperature and then I’ll delete the negative post.

Found a bug in my sandwich today (in the chicken) which made me get sick, for obvious reasons. I called and notified the manager and he responded by offering to make me another sandwich—clearly, I did not want a second sandwich after being sick from the first one. A refund or more concerned response would have been much more reassuring. My co-workers and I will not be back. *I would attach a photo but do not want to make anyone else as nauseated as I am.*
