I go to this location a lot, it’s always average. Just employees who could care less about being there. I stood in the restaurant for 3 minutes, until I shouted for the employee to get up from sitting down behind the counter with his airpods in, to come help me.
Also, just no care into his job, got home and just poor quality, lettuce seems old, and sandwich is just falling apart just by opening the wrapper. For $18.19 for a poor quality sandwhich and some chips is crazy.

First i waited 10-15 minutes before anyone came up front, only reason I waited that long was cause i heard someone in the back (door has a bell) first they put 4 little pieces of cheese on my footlong so I ask for more, then i ask for cucumber and they out 4 little slices of cucumber so I ask for more, same with the red onion and mayo, at this point they are probably upset with me so I ask for more mayo and I get a metric ton of it. What really got me was that NONE of the veggies were covered. They looked absolutely DISGUSTING. Dried out and just nasty, none of them were in their juices, their just sitting out in the open air. But the cherry on top was when I almost done with the second half of my sub, I get met with a lovely strand of hair tickling my nose i stopped coming here years ago cause I ONLY had bad experiences, but I decided to try and give them another shot and I regret it. I will just deal with the traffic and go down the road to get me a pub-sub. This is ridiculous

I tried going in this morning around 9:15, and the door was locked. I checked their hours as posted on the door and online—everything said they were open by 8 AM. I tried calling, thinking it was conceivable an opener might have just forgotten to unlock the door while prepping for the day, but no one answered. Will have to get my lunch for the day elsewhere, which is a bummer.

I rarely write reviews, but this Subway needs serious attention. The owner does not know how to run a business. There was no ice, lack of employees (one amazing lady works there entirely by herself throughout the day), stale bread, and the environment is hostile (signs about how their location wont take coupons, bathrooms are for customers only, etc…). The owner seems to be addressing his failing franchise by cutting costs to the point where the service is even worse. That’s not going to solve the problem. The locations need more customers and the only way that’s going to happen is by providing better, consistent service. Good thing a Jimmy Johns is coming to Nolensville soon 🙂

Came in with a coupon for a foot long meal. When I went to pay, the cashier was struggling and called, who I assume, is the manager. They spoke briefly, then I was handed the phone.
I was informed they would not take my coupon and only the discounted foot longs. I gave them that coupon and said I’d pay for the chips and drink anyway. I was charged accordingly. However, they refused to give me my drink, nor was I given the receipt to verify. Ridiculous.
Do yourself a favor, go to Mama’s Javas. Their food, service, and prices are excellent. They’re located right next door!

I love Subway. It is one if my favorite places to eat if I’m doing take-out. However, this is by far the worst Subway I have ever visited. I am writing this after giving them several chances. I live fairly close and keep coming back thinking they will improve. After today, I give up. Several times I have ordered and got stale bread. Once the girl was even pulling the center out of the bread, until I stopped her.
I still haven’t figured that one out.. Today the bread wasn’t stale. They only had one type. It wasn’t my chosen type, but they were not making any effort to cook any more. My choices were to take the one type they had, or do without. There is never more than one person working. Twice I have noticed the trash cans were full to a condition of running over. If they only have enough business to employ one person it looks like they would have time to empty the trash. I can go on. There have been other unbelievable occurrences. But you get the point.. I normally only give positive reviews. I enjoy letting people know about places the give a little extra. However, I just had to let anyone that is interested about this terribly sub- standard location know what to expect. I know I’m done with it!

4 of us walked into this Subway. We were never acknowledged for 15 mins. Oddly, the service counter was hiddened behind a large metal buffet top where you could not see how the employee was making your sandwich. Once I ordered for all of us and went to pay, they told me that their establishment has chosen not to accept any Subway coupons. When I was trying to understand why, the gentleman came over and told me firmly that they do not take coupons and I should have announced before my order that we had coupons. I suggested that maybe they should have a sign telling customers of this policy. He then told me that either I pay the full amount or I don’t take anything that I ordered. So, we walked out, with the 2 footlong and 2 -6 inch subs on the counter. I will never visit this Subway establishment again.

Never order from this place either through the app or phone. Your order will not be made until you get there because the staff are too busy playing on their cellphones than doing their actual jobs. I ordered through the app was told a time tobpick up and even gave them extra time and nothing was even made both workers were just sitting on their butts playing with their phones and said they did not start the order yet. Why? Work is secondary and no supervision. Welcome to the new workforce in America

They are getting a one star for POOR service. Whoever the lady is that works there with the maroon hair has major attitude issues. Today I went in and she was huffing and puffing while making my sandwich. I asked her if she was okay? She got offended, which just made it worse. I ended with I hope you have a blessed day. Won’t be returning again.-

First time at this Subway. Bread was rubbery, never like that compared to other Subways. Customer service is a little dry but young kids working and possibly it’s their first job and they’re still learning. My largest complaint is that my sandwich had very little tunafish not at all two full scoops so I asked for another half scoop and they charge me $1.50. Could be a better Subway, hopefully it will get there!
