i come here often after work to grab a footlong spicy italian sub and i’m always greeted when i come through the door. everyone there is very kind and make sure to ask how my day’s going, don’t think i’ve ever gotten a sandwich i didn’t like!

Do not waste your money on the pepperoni roll ups. There are 2 pepperonis and 2 slices of cheese on them with a ton of extra bread. I feel duped. Please see my photos for reference. You’d feel better buying the 3 items needed from Kroger and making them yourself.

The sandwich artist making my order today (Nov 26th @ around 8 pm) is truly an artist. I ordered via DoorDash and I’ve learned to lower my expectations when I’ve ordered from this Subway before. But the sandwich was PERFECT. Generous portions of veggies and meat, not completely smothered in condiments. There was also some confusion because of the way I ordered that was completely my fault but they added some cookies as an ‘apology’ when it was my mistake? Overall just a great experience and I’ll be ordering from here frequently again if they keep it up with making great sandwiches like that!

I was in the area and visited this location on Franklin Road. Alpa (NEW MANAGER), PK, AND Amisha are a true delight! This team knows how to provide great customer service. They are exceptional. I had a small concern with my order and Alpa handled it with the utmost care. When I arrived, the customers were greeted with kindness and respect, and they are very attentive in how they make the orders. I appreciate them for their kindness and top shelf service.
