Don’t take coupons even tho they come in my mail and I live less than a mile from their location. Last order from them was a 6” tuna sandwich. Today I ordered a 12”. The 6” had three scoops of tuna and the 12” had 4 scoops. I pointed this out to the fellow and he disputed my reasoning. Really lacking in customer appreciation.

Took my wife there for a sandwich. The young lady behind the counter, while bright and cheerful,, spoke no english. Trying to communicate with her was so frustrating that i paid for my wifes’ order, but did not get anything for myself. Instead I went next door and got a great meal. Highly recommend staffing with someone who speaks and comprehends the English language.

The young manager that is there is very friendly and chatty. He was the only one working there for at least a month and he finally just got help. She is very very slow moving but I’m hoping it is because she is still learning. I would give 5 stars but everytime you go in he has to tell you a long list of everything they don’t have. Hopefully they will allow him to order properly soon. You have to have product to be able to make more money. Seems pretty obvious to me.

Just spent 15 minutes to get 1 footlong. I was the only customer there the whole time. I waited at least 5 minutes for the lone employee to come to the front counter from the cooler. I told her I was now in a pretty big rush.

I don’t normally write reviews! I called the place and answered and didn’t tell me the statice on my order and proceeds to tell me i didn’t order a meal. What bad customer service! the employee was sooo rude and hung up the phone on me!

I walked in to a completely empty restaurant and am immediately told it was going to be 15-20 minutes because they guy was working on mobile orders. I told him that I was picking up a mobile order. When he handed me my sub, I saw that had only one mobile order ticket with two subs on it and that he was almost done with them both. I didn’t think anything of it right off, got my subs, and went to leave. Before I left the restaurant, I checked my subs to make sure they were correct. Unfortunately, the were not. Both of them had been messed up. There was a sign on the cash registers that said if a customer was not happy, their sub would be remade. I went back up to him and let him know they were messed up and he immediately got defensive and said he was just following the ticket and insisting I was wrong. I pulled up my order on the app and showed him and he just huffed and told me it would be 10 minutes before he could get to me as he had to finish up the other mobile orders.

More than once, we’ve been there on a weekend where there was only one person working. Waited over twenty minutes with only one person behind the counter but best part is yet to come. Got home and the sandwich ordered for my child had a 6 inch hair wrapped all around it.

Meagan was very very rude to the customers. Her attitude was a huge problem, and accused customers of mocking and laughing at her. She judged everybody’s order. Never had a bad experience here until now. Will be in contact with management…
