The best part of the store is its location in a small community near several schools. The employees are friendly enough, however they refuse add extra of any veggie. This is the only Subway I have ever encountered that does this. Today it was olives. We do a lot of road trips east of the Mississippi. This includes subway stops all the way from MI, to NH to FL and everywhere in between. The conclusion is that it is by choice of the owner/ management. I am not referring to a sandwich loaded with everything here. The only ingredients are chicken, pickles and olives (absolutely nothing else). Considering that there is no cheese, condiments, or any other veggie – I do not believe extra olives on the sandwich will crush the bottom line. The employees will even refuse to add them for an upcharge. I thought the whole point of having a sandwich shop where you get to pick the ingredients is that YOU get to actually PICK your ingredients.

I did a online order and went to pick it up. Once I got home and was about the eat my sandwich I didn’t have everything I asked for on it. I called the subway and the lady said she would call me back. Never received a call back. So I called them back after 30 minutes and they said they tried to call me back and wasn’t getting through. The lady said she made my sandwich and I said ok but all the stuff I asked for isn’t on it. I took pictures of the sandwich and everything, but she wanted me to bring it back up there to check it and I told her I ate half of it because they took forever to call back. She said she’s sorry she can’t do nothing for me. Never again!!!

My experience here was absolutely horrible. How do you dope dash and accuse someone of stealing the door dash when a door order ticket was presented. The older white lady has a nasty attitude and her services skills are absolutely the worst. I would rather travel a few extra miles instead of eat her

This place has been great for me for online pick up. I use them when I am in a rush and they have always had everything ready and waiting when I get there. I am surprised to see so many people are unhappy with their pick up. Maybe I eat too fast when I’m rushing to know if something is missing or maybe they are changing (I hope not). The employees have always been friendly during the brief time I’m in there grabbing my sandwich.

Placed an order online at 7:49 my husband went at 8:20 to pick it up. They claim they never received my order etc though it clearly was paid for…my husband came back home and we went back to the restaurant. I showed them where the money came out of my account and verified the store number. Suzanne claims her hands are tied she didn’t know why I was there she couldn’t do anything and that her store manager would be back tomorrow. WHAT A JOKE! I had all the proof of my order you could of replaced it if your online system was down however you lack customer service all together if you only have regular employees and no leadership to handle situations like this. IF YOU TAKE SOMEONES MONEY YOU SHOULD GIVE THEM WHAT THEY HAVE ORDERED..

Ordered online for the first time on Saturday night @8:30. Couldn’t tell if the order went through. Couldn’t get them on the phone. Their hours were until 10 pm. It would be nice if they had an outgoing message that they closed early. More impressed with order in.

We love subway and we enjoy having it in Smiths Station. What we don’t like is ordering food and it not being right. This is our 2nd time ordering online and BOTH times they have messed it up. I tried calling many times and get no answer. We only tried again bc we have covid and had someone pick up for us. I dont think we will be trying a 3rd time for any reason. Guys its not hard to slow down and READ what people want on their sandwiches. One of ours was meat and cheese ONLY and it arrived with the entire veggie section on it. The other sandwich had onions piled on it and the person eating it asked specifically for NO onions. Not to mention neither was toasted as asked. At least our sons pizza was right. Thank god our friend was nice enough to returned it for us.
