When I first arrived there the front door was locked. So I had to enter into Little Caesars door. No one was at the front counter (employee) so I waited for at least 5-6 minutes before I saw an employee. Once the employee arrived to the counter, she seemed aggravated and she didn’t even greet me. I asked her if she was ok? And she said what can I get for you? I think she was a manager. I spent 30 + dollars on sandwiches and cookies. I didn’t even get a thank you. Very poor service.

We placed our order online using the app. While on my way to pick up, the app says the order has been picked up. When I get to the store, there’s a stack of people waiting for the other online orders to get filled before customers at the counter. Yes, including some of us waiting to just ask. Nope, my order hadn’t even been started yet. Keep in mind a good 20-25 min AFTER the order was placed. Though I ordered a 12″ outlaw, what I got was a 6″ sub, barely attempted on 12 bread. You can see from the pictures.. almost 6 inches of sandwhich didn’t have meat.
Maybe they’re just busy, if that’s the case, get some more help. I watched at least two customers walk out after 10-15min without even getting their order taken.

Went in 9am lady says before I can help you I need too take my break. Sit down and wait for her too come back, she comes back 25mins later and says can I take your order, I wanted to order a steak egg and cheese sandwich, I was informed they dont do that anymore ?. 1st Subway I’ve ever seen that doesn’t sell that sub, next why did I have to wait 25mins just to get told that.

I normally do not do this but I’m so tired of the poor service i get just because I work in close proximity. I am a paying customer and unless the manager or young lady is there I always get such rude customer service the girl Chasity has it soooo bad I mean she has on earbuds at the counter I address her multiple times she can’t hear okay fine so I ask for a sandwich she tells the guy from the back to make it he comes and literally throws together a sandwich and I wish I had take a photo before I tossed it out but it was thrown together so terrible it made my regular sandwich taste off I asked for it toasted and the sandwich was still ice cold cheese not melted no care just rush when I was the only one in line. He hands the sandwich over and she charges me skips the part for me to enter my number is just inattentive I pay she doesn’t even hand me the recipe no bag nothing just turns away and goes back to whatever. I will go back to placing my order online only when the manager and younger lady are there because this woman is ridiculously rude and as a paying customer i deserve the same service I see other paying customers receive

Ordered a toasted foot long. It wasn’t toasted and received 4 pickles on it. Ate half and felt sick but thought it was a coincidence. Next day I take the other half to work to toast it. Realize the bacon was raw. The pic is after I put it through a commercial heating machine and it still didn’t cook it.. that’s how raw it was. This location is horrible and making people sick. Worst part I sent an email into corporate and someone replied with what seems an automated message they copy and paste every time they have a complaint. It didn’t even cover any of the issues I reached out about.

Giving 3 starts because we go to this subway fairly my often and normally order online and normally don’t have any issues. We placed an online order today and had accidentally added an extra sub. Called up there multiple times before someone answered to see if they could remove the sub from the order. We were told we had to cancel it on our side, there is no way to cancel an order via the app it has to be done on their side. Okay cool we’ll just take the extra sub since it’s paid for.

We send one person out of our group to go pick up the food, that extra sub wasn’t even in the bag so did not receive that even though it was paid for.

And one of the wraps we ordered had only chicken and bacon on it and was missing everything else that was added. It’s on the receipt but not on the sandwich… the other sandwich and wrap we ordered were made correctly… doesn’t make sense.

Place mobile orders here at your own risk. The app told me my food was ready so I came in. My food wasn’t ready yet. Okay no big deal I wasn’t going to cause a fuss. Since my food wasn’t ready yet I asked her if she could put the onions on before she toasted the sandwich since the app doesn’t give me the option to request that. This girl seriously held up the ticket and said I can’t do that cause the ticket says I have to put meat and cheese on, toast it and then put on the veggies. Okay but I was the one who ordered it. She said well I have to go by what the ticket says. So I responded well the app says my food is ready but it’s clearly not so maybe the ticket isn’t always right. There’s subway locations all over the place, I’ll just drive 5 extra minutes to deal with people who aren’t rude and intentionally obtuse from now on.

I always come to this subway and order a chicken and bacon sandwich. I always ask for chicken strips instead of that shredded chicken because I think it tastes bad, and I am always told this is a different sandwich and they would have to ring it up differently, which is fine! I ordered online, but did not know how to specify I wanted a chicken strip sandwich with bacon and cheese on it. So I called the store and asked the lady how could I substitute. The lady informed me she was out of stock on chicken strips and hung up the phone. I drove up to the store and saw that she was fully stocked with the chicken strips. I offered to pay for the bacon and the chicken if it’s necessary. She refused to make my sandwich the way that I asked! That’s unbelievable! I did not ask for anything free, and I was refused service. I then asked the third employee, who did appear to be wandering aimlessly from the front to the back, could he assist me and just ring me up for some chicken and remake my sandwich, and he said no! I ultimately asked for a refund because all I wanted was a chicken strip and bacon sandwich, however it seems you must be a part of some secret society to order this sandwich. The employee named Dee, even accidentally dropped saliva out of her mouth, onto the counter and onto my bag of food. I asked her to remake it because of her saliva, she wiped up her spit off the counter and went back to making food! Unbelievable! I left my food on the counter and called my bank for a refund because they refused to give me a refund. They told me take the spit or leave it. I left it and won’t be back!

Ordered subway on the app and get here to get my food they ran out of lettuce, and flatbread. They made us wait 30 more minutes for our food to be made after the original 30 minute wait from the app. No cookies were made and they said it would take up to 15 minutes then 10 minutes to cool down. No exchanges and no refunds until tomorrow. Food was absolutely terrible. I haven’t been to this subway in years and felt like it has been long enough I would give it a shot. Won’t ever make that mistake again.

If I could give this place 0 stars…. I would.

Employees are ridiculous & rude. 2-3 nights in a row, they closed 20-30 minutes early.

I did an online order this evening, they called to let me know they were out of ham… cool.. that’s fine, & when I got there, they let me know they were out of butter & I couldn’t get a pretzel. I said fine, let’s reimburse then.. they said they couldn’t do that. I had to settle for the cookie that was disgusting & tasted stale.

Every time we go to this location, everything is trash… from them being out of food, to their employees closing up early & their employees nasty attitudes.

I’d be embarrassed if I owned this store. Do better.
