Food was prepared well and the employees were very personable. Located inside a gas station, which stays moderately busy. Unfortunately reliant on the stations soda fountain, which regularly has issues with producing ice. Customers also have to call the employees out of back for service, sometimes.

Very rude and not willing to help find a solution . I called them because THEIR APP glitched out and put the wrong location for my pick up order. Not even 1 minute later I call to see if something can be done because they “already made it” but yet it was set for 12:40 and that happened at 12:28. And the manager and the person who picked up basically said no and there is nothing they can do. Now I’m at work and they took my money. I will be calling corporate.

Did an online order got the wrong thing when picking it up. Got home attempted to call store 4 times nobody answered only reason I wanted to call was to let them know so they could rectify the issue and have my food ready so I could get it faster and get back to work. Answer your phones gahleee

How do I even begin describing my first and last visit to this Subway location? I ordered online so my food was made fairly quickly and it tasted delicious. That was the only positive of my visit.

While I was waiting on my order, nobody asked what I was there for. I had paid for a cup as part of the “Happy Gilmore 2” promotion. I wasn’t asked what cup I wanted so I asked if I could get a different one than provided if they had any other characters but Oscar was I already own that one. The employee mumbled so I didn’t hear what she said, but she acted annoyed that I had the audacity to ask to exchange cups.

Allegedly she told me to place my order on my table and wait to eat my food until she could come open the bag and remove the cup with gloved hands. Of course over the hum of machines and her mumbling, I didn’t hear this. Though I only touched the outside of the cup and placed no drink on it, she got an attitude and refused to take it back as it apparently goes against policy. I don’t see how the outside of the cup couldn’t be wiped down, but I digress. She instead had me grab a small cup for my drink. I wouldn’t have had such an issue if she wouldn’t have had an attitude the entire time and treated me like gum on her shoe just for being there. The other employee was so flighty, that she made the incorrect sandwich for another customer and they wouldn’t remake it for him. Not to mention the unprofessionalism of her name tag being on her hat which you could say is me nitpicking, but so what?

Though my food was great, I will not return to this location due to the abhorrent “customer service”, if you can call it that. I was nothing but polite, honest, but I seemed to be the only customer she was bothered by. I’ll stay with my normal location inside the Clark’s Gas Station.

Lost my pick-up order but blamed me for being 4 minutes late. Would not refund or remake. I get that she may have problems with door dash drivers taking wrong orders, but I used subway app and showed up 4 minutes after they said it would be ready. She was rude about the whole thing and told me I should have stopped people in the parking lot to check their order.

I asked for a minute to look at the menu, the employee couldn’t wait and rushed me. “Do you at least know what type of bread?”. No I don’t because I need a minute. “We have white, wheat, Italian “. I went to look at the nutrition info. “I just told you what bread we have!”. Please go find something else to do and let the customer look! It is my hard earned money I am spending here. Check back in or just let someone make my order.

Food was good just served with a nasty attitude.
