I just had two young girls literally argue 15 minutes on who was not going to wait on me. Neither of them wanted to. As soon as one of them finally started making a simple order she threw it off on the other one because she needed to wait on the person who had JUST walked up. Made it very racially motivated. They really need to learn respect and training in customer service if they want to make it anywhere in life. Literally worst service ever!!!

The employee named Eboni is the one who took my order. It was plain and simple. I wanted two six inch subs. One with just turkey, the other with oven roasted chicken. She took my order, asked what cheese, I told her, then she toasted them. On the turkey sandwich I told her all that I wanted on it was mayo. She huffed. On the oven roasted chicken, I had never gotten, so I asked what do people normally put on it? She huffed and looked at me and didnt respond. So I asked again thinking maybe I wasn’t loud enough, she snapped and said “I don’t know”. So I said okay, and I told her that I would get mayo, she huffed, mustard, she huffed, lettuce, she huffed, red onions, she huffed, jalapeños, and guess what? She huffed again! So finally that’s over with and we get up to the counter to pay. I pull out my card, “stick it in” she said, didn’t tell me my total or anything. Stuck my card in, then she walked away and got on her phone. The card reader said I could remove my card, so I did. She walked away to deal with another customer without giving my receipt or food. I had to reach across to the other side of the counter to receive my food. Never got my receipt. So I sat down and ate the sandwich and left. The customer service was awful, her attitude was awful definitely not somewhere I want to eat again!

They one in Walmart is an excellent place to go. The veggies and meat are fresh because they go through it so fast but the bi-pass isn’t. Some of their lunch meat looks brown as well as the lettuce.
