I bought a sub sandwich and the bread was just like dough no color at all, so they replaced the bread. About 3 weeks later I purchased 2 salads one had a Nat in it but they said they can’t replace it, I needed to talk to the manager the next day. This is truly my last time going there.

The guy behind the counter was very rude because I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. (Very heavy Indian dialect accent) I wanted a cold cut combo/trio and he tried to tell me this other sandwich was what I wanted. It had changed. When I saw the meat looked discolored, I ask about a different slab, he refused insisted they don’t sell bad food, and continued to make a sandwich I didn’t want to begin with. And then rolled it up told me it was $18 for a 12”Sandwich I told him that was too high and not what I had wanted to begin with and he began flinging the sandwich on the back counter and yelling for me to get out of not only his sandwich shop but ALSO ORDERED ME OUT OF Walmart..I think his lack of communication skills or perhaps his comprehension of my speech was his problem. I had a terrible experience today. First, I asked for sandwich to be lightly toasted. They burnt my wheat bread so it was hard. Then after adding the toppings I requested, half of the toppings fell out of my sandwich on the floor, And the employee continued to wrap my sandwich with half of my sandwich on the floor. I will never eat there again.

I used to love this Subway but man has it gone down hill! Veggies discolored and dated, choice of Bread is a disgrace to Subway in my opinion. Very Sad to give a bad review to anyone but this is the third time having this experience here and to me that’s all the chances ya gonna get!!!

Place a delivery order through the subway app. They either let someone steal me food or they didn’t make it at all. After 3 driver charges, I went to try to pick it up myself. Nether the store or door dash is trying to give me a refund after it finally got cancelled

There was only one person working and that made our wait long. We were told we couldn’t eat in the lobby even though they were still open. The bread seemed really heavy so the filling saturated quickly and made it hard to eat. The prices have gotten totally outrageous and unreal, everything has changed with the Subway brand and not for the better.

The girl that made my sandwich was friendly enough and would have been great if she hadn’t been on the phone the entire time. I get that sometimes you’re bored at work but that doesn’t mean you go and buy a headset to talk to your buddy all day. This is the second time its happened at this location. I had to repeat my order a couple times while she continued to mutter away at her earpiece. Disappointing.

I have been to this Subway two times over the past month. Both times I was already in WM and was looking for something convenient to save time during lunch and both times no one was there to help. Turn the lights off and shut the door if you don’t intend on being available for people to get lunch. After waiting several minutes awkwardly I gave up and moved on.

horrible customer service and I had to give them a 1 star in order to give an complaint and they don’t deserve that. I went to get a sandwich on my lunch break. The young lady that worked the store was in the back on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me i stood there for almost 10 minutes and she still continued to talk on the phone like I was invisible. Never said anything just looked at me like I was to serve her. Then I asked was she on break and she no I am on the phone. I said ok I wanted to get a sandwich and she kept talking on the phone while rolling her eyes at me. I have never been treated with such disrespect at place of business. If we don’t visit your establishment how will you then get paid. I will never visit this location again and will have my family friends to give this place a negative review.
