horrible customer service and I had to give them a 1 star in order to give an complaint and they don’t deserve that. I went to get a sandwich on my lunch break. The young lady that worked the store was in the back on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me i stood there for almost 10 minutes and she still continued to talk on the phone like I was invisible. Never said anything just looked at me like I was to serve her. Then I asked was she on break and she no I am on the phone. I said ok I wanted to get a sandwich and she kept talking on the phone while rolling her eyes at me. I have never been treated with such disrespect at place of business. If we don’t visit your establishment how will you then get paid. I will never visit this location again and will have my family friends to give this place a negative review.

I placed an app order for pickup at 8:10 pm to be picked up by 9:10 pm. I got to the store at 9:05 pm to pickup my order and the guy was locking up the pull down gate. The app said the store was supposed to close at 9:30 pm. He said he was told to close at 9:00 pm. I asked him what I was supposed to do about my money and he’s said I would have to talk to the manager and see if anything could be done. I don’t understand why I wasn’t called to see if I could pickup by 9:00 pm or to cancel my order since I have had other Subways call me about topping they didn’t have for my order. This place has poor management.

Went to get 2 coke icees and 1 water the cashier was very nice and respectful he rang it up as it popped up on the screen 2 Coke icees 1 water. $7.36 my mother handed him the cash which was $10 as she went to fix her water I stood to wait for the change. The lady that was making sandwiches came over there YELLING at the cashier. She said you rang that up wrong, very rudely instead of being understanding. I watched him ring it up on the screen it said 2 coke icees 1 water. She ran right up over him and started aggressively pushing buttons on the screen. She said that’ll be $11.58 maam. I went to tell my mother to give me another dollar due to the fact that I only had my card. My mother came over there to see what was wrong. She said it’s $11.58. My mom said “but it was just $7.36 a second ago” the lady said “no it’s $11.58 now I need another dollar and change” my mother said “for just 3 drinks” the lady said loudly and rudely “YES THATS WHAT I SAID MAAM” I said “we don’t have another dollar just give me my cash back and I will use my card” she didn’t wanna give the cash back she charged my card 50 cents which was absolutely a waste of her time due to the fact that he didn’t have the total put in yet and she could have handed my cash back and hit the credit button ♀️ Oh well her loss I guess. Then, she didn’t even bother to give us the receipt. I feel so bad that the poor cashier has to deal with her ongoing attitude all day. He was so nice and he deserves a raise or something. She needs an attitude adjustment. Also I do understand, by the way, that fast food is stressful and sometimes difficult to be kind. Im working going on 3 years in fast food as I am only 18. But she gave us a full on attitude and it was ridiculous no need in that.
