This is my favorite subway, they have the fresh tomatoes every time, and that makes or breaks a subway for me. I’m not sure of his name but the curly haired guy and the young lady with the pigtails are my favorite. They are always super informative and smiling, and willing to help. As long as they are their making my experience better, I will continue to come here. Great job!

They NEVER honor the Subway coupons we get in the mail. We have to go to a Subway in an adjoining city to use our coupons. BTW, we live within eyesight of the Morris Subway.

I’ve read some the other reviews and while I’m happy those people had good experiences, I cannot say the same for myself and my husband! Maybe the day crew is better than the night crew. Every aingsitime I go into this establishment, it’s a terrible experience! They put everything up too early and I went in a little after 9 pm and everything was put up, the girl had a terrible attitude, and the toaster was even turned off. And this is only one of the times. I just went and it was 20 min to close and they didn’t have anything out. Neither me nor my husband could get the sandwiches we always get because they didn’t have any turkey or meatballs or the bread we wanted. The night crew at this store is rude and inefficient. And I think the managers should know how they are running this store at night!

DO NOT place online orders here or you will have to deal with my what my mom had to deal with. Customer service is terrible at this location especially with the manager. My mom placed an online order and the manager, who apparently was rude and disrespectful, refused to take the order even with proof of purchase. Apparently, it wasn’t showing up on the system, but if someone is showing proof of the purchase they should honor it. Any place in my opinion would do it. Hopefully management here learns to be better to their customers. My mom called the corporate office and was able to get a refund, but please go to any other sandwich place so you don’t have to deal with this place. They do not honor their customers.

Great sandwiches as usual. I had my normal tuna sub, and my husband had a Philly cheese steak. Bread was fresh and soft. Staff was organized and prepared to handle any order that was placed.

The sweet staff member was very polite and was interested in our conversation about veterinary medicine. I learned that she likes horses and would like to work in the field and she learned I like a subway club light mayo with jalapeño peppers. Pretty good swap I’d say. The sandwich was great!

Actually less than one star……my daughter and i were in there this morning and ordered $38.00 in food. the woman who asked for our order was blonde headed (dyed) and was rude inconsiderate, had the young man at the register confused and making mistakes which were actually her. i ordered a double meat chef’s salad and she wasn’t paying attention and started putting double chicken on the teriyaki then acted as if it were my fault because she was trying to move so fast she was screwing. she put our food over to be checked out and for my first time in the three years we have been going there, I checked my receipt to make sure no one’s order was mixed in to mine. she had the worst manners and customer appreciation and service I have even seen at any restaurant. She should be reminded WHO pays her salary…….but hopefully she wont be there very long.

My sisters dogs best friends wifes mothers father had recommended this restaurant for their sandwiches.
Dissapointed at the lack of valet parking options and the head waiter was absent, but my sandwich was very tasty and the lady behind the counter had nice boobs. 5 stars!

I wouldn’t have gave it this one star if I didn’t have to. I arrived at Subway stood inside for around 5 minutes waiting on the young lady to enter the store. When she finished her conversation she entered the store and started gathering the trash. Once she took the trash to the back she Immediately returned to the front of the food line. She pulled gloves without WASHING HER HANDS! I ask if she was going to wash her hands and with a smart mouth she responded ”that’s the reason I wear gloves” I will never attempt to eat at this store and hope that the owner will get his employees more training on hand washing. I was shocked that she thought it was ok to handle garbage bags with trash in them and then handle gloves to prepare food! Too bad I didn’t get her name……

Usually a special treat. Not so tonight. The food was good but the service less than stellar. The entire crew had bad attitudes, apparently due to their payday being late, which I can certainly understand is upsetting. However, customers are not comfortable hearing it and should never have to.
