I haven’t visited this Subway much since they initially opened because my first few visits the food was not good, the employees weren’t friendly, and once two ladies were furious and cussing because they were short staffed and having to work that way. On another visit, the steak on my sub was cold like it had been in a freezer. My most recent visits were completely different however as the staff is extremely courteous and eager to greet and serve, the food has been exactly as I’d expect it, and usually I’m in and out in less than a couple minutes. Great improvement by management in getting this Subway customer friendly!

After 30 minutes of waiting and 3 other customers walking out, I left also. 3 people working and the line didn’t move the entire time I was waiting (other than the customers walking out out due the ridiculous wait). This wouldn’t be the first time this has happened either.

We waited an extra 25 minutes for all 4 sandwiches to be wrong. That’s never happened at this Subway before. I order on the app and it’s normally ready and correct upon arrival.

Love the food, and appreciate that subway gives high school students the opportunity to work for them as it’s hard for high schoolers to find a job. However, if you are going to employ high school students please let them know that socializing with their friends and ignoring the customers is unacceptable behavior.
