I’m a frequent subway customer. When I visited this location, I ordered a meatball deluxe protein bowl and a ham & provolone protein bowl with veggies. All together, for both items, a bag of chips and medium drink, the total was $21.28. When we got home, much to our surprise, we never got what we paid for. There were fewer meatballs than expected, and the ham & provolone bowl with veggies was far from satisfying, especially at the price they charge. I didn’t get the sense that the staff were fully knowledgeable of Subway standards. The cashier could not speak English and was very hard to understand. We got jipped! Make sure that what you purchase is the correct quantity and of your liking or they will just throw whatever and send you on your way after taking your money.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SUBWAY EVER. Do NOT go there. I have tried and tried with them and they For one NEVER give me what I want. Two they are so rude. And three apparently they don’t wash anything off before cutting your stuff. Tonight I went there and they gave me a drink that was half way filled up with no ice, my sandwich that was cut by something with red sauce on it (I didn’t get anything with red) the bread wasn’t toasted hardly, they didn’t hardly put anything in it whatsoever. And this isn’t the first time they have done this. I’m done going there. I didn’t even eat or drink the stuff that I paid almost $15 for.

Wish we had a Jimmy John’s Jersey Mike’s or Firehouse in Arab…They cost about the sane but meat and and veggies…especially veggies…are generous…unlike Subway past couple years…other sandwich chains offer more for the money. The pre-made subs at the Foodland across the lot are a better to me plus they have a meat three hot bar and best chicken fingers in town.

Be very cautious going here. The worker who took my order did not listen when told the size of the sandwich and needed to be told multiple times by multiple customers. More importantly, this location picks and chooses its coupon acceptance based on the toppings of your sandwich. I’d check their sign at the checkout before ordering, if you use coupons.

Worse run subway I’ve ever been to. This subway only has a small limited menu. They don’t have any of the popular subs. The iced tea is horrible. It is very weak and taste like it has been sitting out for several days without refrigeration. They also don’t take many of the discount offers that come in the mail.

Girls actually working were great, the owner/manager that was there was directing then step by step, seemed to be more in the way then actually doing anything to help. When we were about done, he came out to the dining area with a fresh cup of coffee and was playing in his phone while the girls behind the counter cleaned his store.

I think this location is better off closing down. I don’t know what has happened but the food quality shot wayyyy down, the meat on my BMT doesn’t taste right, and also I ordered avocado slices that I had to pay extra for and would you guess, I never received them on my sandwich. I tried to call them about this to which I was hung up on, twice, after telling them that I was missing part of my sandwich. Also, there is like three strands of cheese throughout this entire sandwich. I really hope this location gets new management and they are able to turn this location around because nobody likes the Walmart Subway either. Also, this Mayo tastes wayyyy past expired.
