Would rate 0 if I could. I got doordash and Matthew replaced my 2 totes of cookies with 2 bags of chips. He didn’t call. He didn’t ask the driver to ask me. He didn’t put a receipt on the bag. He didn’t give me a fork for the salad I bought. Absolutely horrible. I work 2 jobs concerning food and customer service. This is absurd. I’d never do this to a customer, even for a door dash order. I will absolutely be in contact with the store manager in the morning and corporate. This is not the kind of service or attitude you show to a guest.

There’s one guy there that gets it right every single time. Unfortunately he can’t work 24/7. We get seven subs every time we order and if the one guy isn’t there there’s always at least one messed up. Last time I had to go back and exchange two subs and get the one they didn’t give me. Not fun when your kids are starving and there’s tons of traffic. Now I won’t be returning, it just isn’t worth it
