Paid for an Italian trio protein pocket and a cheesesteak. Subways motto is “have it your way.” Been going to Subway for years and have always customized my order which is what keeps this business unique. I asked for mustard on my pocket and the lady making my order said “i can’t add anything to this, you must take it as it is”. In my head that was the silliest most bizarre thing I have heard. I responded ” wait I can’t have mustard?” and she responded politely ” I cannot customize your order, you have to take it as it is.” I.was in shock. Mustard? Seriously? It was like going to a paint store and being told we can mix colors. Yikes!

I arrived to this location around 10am when it’s listed on both the front door and Google they open at 8am. I waited about an hour and called, the man there said they opened at 8am yet when I went over the door was locked, so I go back and the door is still locked. The man working came out and said it’s another hour before they open meaning they don’t actually open until at least 11:30/12. Yet at the same time he kept trying to explain that they did open at 8? Confusing and it shows very poor work ethic. I was a regular to this location since we are in the same plaza. I will not be going here anymore and I’ll recommend others should go to another location as well.

Three days ago the app would not process orders. The restaurant did not receive my order, but I got charged three times that hit my account.
They told me to call corporate. To find out, there is no number to actually speak to someone.
I then have emailed corporate three times.
I have also called the store numerous times asking for a manager or the franchise owner. Which then they proceed to tell me just wait two days or they are not here. Every single employee is well aware of the situation going on. Management and owner should’ve handled this. So between the first hour of the situation and now three days later, all three charges are no longer pending and have hit my account. $40 of sandwiches that I did not order and did not receive.

Upon walking into the store, the vibe was just off. As we were ordering, and our food was being prepared, we noticed that there were flies all over the food, including our food that was currently being prepped. I politely said that I didn’t want the food and I left very disgusting not clean. Do not eat there you will get sick.

I’ve eaten here many times for lunch. Even at the peak lunch rush, the crowd isn’t too bad, but if you can get in before 11:30 or after 1 pm, you will have no wait at all.
The food and service are both good. I’ve always been pleased with the sandwiches – the sub bread tastes fresh and the meats and vegetables look at taste great also.
A drink station is self-serve like most Subways, so feel free to grab a refill while you eat. The staff does a good job at keeping the tables and drink area clean. The same goes with the bathroom; it is always clean when I am there.
The tables are a bit small but are the same size as what you will find in any other Subway around the country. Let’s be honest – you’re not going to Subway for a long, luxurious meal. You are grabbing a quick and tasty lunch before you head back into work.
There are those that prefer subs from elsewhere, and that is fine. Subway does a good lunch at a reasonable price. If you like their food (I do), you should be pleased with this restaurant.
Don’t forget your points card! You can earn free food when you eat here frequently enough.
