First time here. The Latino/American staff were very hospitable, informative and great. I the place was super clean. I got take out and decided to try their new Blackened Citrus fish bowl and oh boy! It was so delicious. Their salsas were so good and complimented my meal, well. I also tried their guacamole and it was made fresh, super good. Definitely coming back.

I ordered shrimp and beef fajitas for over $21 that is without drink. Food was cold, looks like it was reheated. Beef was stiff and dry and shrimps are baby size which was not the usual size before. Food was not fresh from the grill. Pico de gallo seems old. They would not give me a refund. I took it as a lost and didn’t eat it. I might get sick from it and it doesn’t taste good. What happened to the quality of food in this location? I have been going here for a long time, many years ago. Save your money and go somewhere else. Very disappointed. The name is Baja Fresh but my meal is far from being Fresh.

Disappointing visit. Employee brought multiple customers food to their table except for mine. Which is fine, if it were just straight across the board. Same employee said goodbye and ‘thanks’ to multiple customers except for me. Odd, since I am a regular here. Food is great but….

I got the Fajita plate and I was super disappointed with the plate, the meat was super dry and no flavor at all it tasted like it was frozen and reheated again. Super bad decision.

The place is always clean and staff is mostly friendly, the food taste great I love the mango salsa but they don’t always have it out but I do recommend this place for those who love Mexican bowls filled with bean rice and a protein meat.

This is a good Baja Fresh location, the annoying part is that it is in Warner Plaza so you need to take a parking ticket and have it validated before you leave. I’m rating the food down because I unfortunately did not enjoy the Impossible Burrito – it literally tasted fishy to me, with a strong overpowering flavor. The service was excellent and the food was prepared very well. The salsa bar is back so you could help yourself to the salsas of your choice. I would come back to try another burrito.

The best Mexican Food experience ever. Food is amazingly delicious. The service is met with a great appreciation and smiles. I drive from Carson California three times a week to eat. My family from Alaska has used the catering service and it was delivered on time to Calabasa. All sides and the Salsa bar is so delicious. Steak is so tender. They will also let you customize your order within reason. Expedient service and you will love the prices. Today I tried the Smokehouse Chipotle Bowl and it was delicious. Stop in and treat yourself to an awesome food experience.

The best Baja Fresh location!! The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. They really go in on the salsa’s here. They taste so fresh and full of flavor and heat. I love the service I receive at this particular location. I have been coming here for years. Service is the absolute best here. Management is super friendly and so are the cooks! Check it out you won’t be sorry. Oh and try the steak nachos! You won’t be disappointed!!!
