Ordered a pizza from here. It was gross; sauce tasted weird, bald spots in my pizza but whatever. But then when I went to feed my two-year a slice of pizza the next day I seen that there was a blondish curly hair stuck underneath the pizza to the crust. No one in my family is blonde at all, not even close. Called the location and let the person know there was a hair in my pizza to which she responded “Well, it’s been over 12 hours so there’s nothing I can do for you.” No apologies, no sorry? no nothing and then she hung up in my face when I got irritated from her continuously talking about compensation instead of just apologizing for one of her workers getting a hair on my pizza. I already wasn’t gonna go back here because the pizza itself just did not taste good but my goodness, getting a hair in your customers food and then being rude about it is absolutely insane.

The pasta I got is great. The ‘stuffed Garlic Knots with Marinara Sauce’ are a lead-on. All the cheese comes out of them in the oven so they’re just hollow. They should change how they’re made to keep the cheese from just spewing out.

Moved to the area in April and was so excited to have a Pizza Hut close by to order from . Moving day we ordered with a 45 min delivery time, more like 2.5 HOURS to get 2 cold not fully cooked pizzas and management responded with I can have it remade but otherwise what do you want me to do about. Have ordered a couple more times but the pizzas are still not fully cooked although time has gotten LOTS better. The pics look so yummy, each time I’m disappointed. A “well done” pizza is how its ordered , glad others can get it done.

This was the worst experience by far I have had with the location on towne lake. I miss Vicky when she was there that store was taken care of..my pizzas were doughy and the breadsticks were almost like they had been reheated. I tried 3 times to call the store and got the customer service line all 3 times and they were not helpful.

I ordered a pizza through Pizza Hut central ordering. The centralized ordering were no help when I called to say it didn’t arrive. I talked with Jamie at the Pizza Hut in Woodstock. She was awesome at service recovery. She explained Door Dash didn’t pick the order up. Jamie remade the pizza and my husband picked it up. She made things right. I would highly recommend this location. Management at this location needs to recognize Jamie for her great customer service!

Although the pizza and breadsticks we ordered were good there is sure lacking customer service at this location. I walked in the store and I might add there is an automated door chime that goes off when you enter or leave. I stood at the front to pick up my to go order and stood there for almost 15 min yelling hello, excuse me before I was acknowledged to pick up my order. My pizza set there for at least 10-15 min past my pick up time due to this. 1 person was working the whole store. You can certainly do way better that that for your customers. And just for the security factor no employee should be left alone in a store to work it completely alone. And it was a female.

Be consistent with your product…I paid 22 dollars plus tip for what I consider was a very good pizza the first time I had it…then this time exact same pizza was light on ingredients/extra cheese was a joke and it was lukewarm. The concept was great, the execution was way off. Yes, we had the driver leave it on the porch but got it within a couple of minutes. The first time we had the Edge last week it was heavy, loaded with extra cheese and the toppings were spot on. It also arrived very hot. Oh well, nothing surprises me with this location.
