Sandwich completely missing American cheese I marked as extra on an online order, and a sauce I ordered light on it also got drenched all over the sandwich. Would prefer if instructions for a sandwich were followed!

Lisa on the evening shift is “Da Bomb”. I had a semi-emergency at my house and found out I needed to have lunch for a group of movers the next morning. I didn’t have nearly enough lead time to order a tray of sandwiches and even if i did, the store isnt opdn at 7 for an eafly pjckup. So I had to get the cold cuts and cheeses from the Publix deli. But I dreaded preparing all the sandwich toppings. I ordered a tray of toppings only without any sandwich tray. I’m not sure it was even a menu item or if Lisa made a special item of it. The tray looked spectacular and saved me hours of work – hours I did not have. I can’t praise her and her work ethic highly enough. Subway management: you have a real gem in Lisa. You better appreciate her!

I’ve been waiting here in line for about 20 minutes for this woman (a single worker, by herself) to actually start making my sandwhich. She proceeds to cut the bread awfully. Look at it. LOOK AT IT. I’ve spent 35 minutes waiting for my friend and I’s sandwhich to be made. The worker wasn’t wearing a hair net either. Genuinely, the worst experience I’ve ever had in an establishment. Her eyeliner was awful, wish they would enforce dresscode a little more (she looks like a drag queen). She was quiet and slow. It should not take 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Costumer service is dead. She killed it. Didn’t have any cookies out or soup available because they put them away. This establishment closes at 10.

I’m pregnant and have been craving subway for a couple days now. I’ve been super sick this pregnancy so when I finally get a craving it’s gotta be just right. My husband and I went to this location and Tevin made the best two sandwhiches! Not only was he very nice but he did a great job. We go to this location twice a week before soccer practice. We have never had any issue until Monday. The girl behind the counter was super rude when I was trying to order and obviously didn’t want to be there. Then I asked when the other guys were there since they are a lot nicer and she said they were gone and that’s the reason why? Incredibly rude. Then we called this afternoon for a door dash order. Just wanted extra olives and there is no button on door dash website. She immediately snapped and said is there really no button you could of submitted? I just can’t believe how rude she is. The other guys were so nice so it’s disappointing to not want to go back and have to find another place for our soccer dinners.
