The store was a bit dirty (tables, floor) but I looked past that. The lady serving wasn’t the most friendly, but no guacamole. When asking for water cups (there was 3 of us), given a single cup. Worse, some of the salad had definitely seen better days – such as the brown lettuce). I wouldn’t willingly come back here if passing through.

I used to come with my husband. All the time but lately in these past couple months every time I come there is only one person working. Not only that but the store is always dirty, and the bathrooms are disgusting. I understand that its a lot for the employee that is there but there should be more employees working, That is just common sense. Weekdays morning shift employee (the lady who works is super rude). Night Shift awful on weekdays are a nightmare. I personally think that the main root problem in this location is the management. SUBWAY OWNERS please hire new employees and a NEW MANAGEMENT. Asap

The customer service is horrible. I ordered subs online and got home to find out they were made wrong. I went back to the store for the girl working to refuse to remake my sandwiches . So I get to eat a sandwich that is about an hour old by the time I get home

This used to be a reliable location and everything was great but now they only ever have one person working and are so behind on online orders they cannot take anyone else. For the most part the employees are great except for a few but they are completely slammed. Had an online order and said it would be ready at 1915. Got here at 1912 and the order hadn’t even been started. Poor girl was trying to power through 5 subs at once and three people walked out for the wait. The app never has everything available but once you arrive you see that they have all the items. It’s now ten minutes since my order was marked as ready and she still hasn’t even started making it.

this is not a complaint on the store, its on a customer. I came in and the two workers were completing an online order and a lady came in. One pf the workers told her that they will serve her when they are done with the order and then out of nowhere she asked for their names. She left, and i watched her take a picture of them from outside and then she came in and started yelling at them. The workers were being calm but the lady just kept on pushing and yelling and eventually she left. She was being a complete “Karen” and made me upset.

Where to start with this one star review. I will start out the 90 pound 18 year old girl was Awsome seeing she was by her self. Five stars there. MANAGEMENT WISE FAILS! Leaving this girl all alone is not okay or safe! Then on top of that half of the menu was missing disappointed in the shift before this girl for not helping her more and prepping other stuff. This subway I will never visit again. Lost my business for good. Close it down and save your money.

I get a sandwich here regularly. Although understaffed, my sandwich is always fresh and made to order. And the service is good. My only complaint is that if I get there too late they can be out if cookies, but that’s good for my diet.
