I was there and ordered a 16-piece bucket on Sunday. Ordered at 7:21 pm and got it at 8:00 pm. Really plus chicken had too much seasoning, making it salty. Not just me 3 other customers. They made it as they go. They did drive through at the same time but didn’t have enough for all inside waiting.

The food is fine, but everything else is a problem. The service is not great and it is incredibly slow. I just went through the drive through and waited 20 minutes for food. It doesn’t matter if you order online for it to be ready at a certain time. I’ve tried that too. For me, it was still a 15 minute wait after the expected ready time.

Chicken wasn’t as good as last week. It was a bit drier. Service was ok. Asked for 20 pc but they didn’t offer more than 16 until we got to the window(guess they had to ask the mgr). Then it was another $10 for four more pieces!

Service is bad, always at the front you’ll have to wait more than 5 minutes to get help. The people in the drive thru or in the kitchen never ask you if you need a help. And when we ask for help , they said we are robots and they only have 2 cars with 6 employees. Bad attitude and slow service. Food not good there don’t waste your money.

You may know by now Simpsonville Sc is notorious for bad service and kfc is not exempt. When i tell you that the employees have no customer service training i mean it. This kfc is in need of new management PERIOD. Oh and they can be rude while huddled up looking at you. And when it’s all said and done you wait 10-15 minutes to get old chicken

If I could give a negative star. I would! I generally like kfc. The past three times I’ve been there as been awful!! The employees are rude and constantly playing. The last two times I’ve patronized their business. I literally thought I was at a circus!! While I waited 30 minutes each time. Which in itself is ridiculous!! This is what I saw!! The employees were playing and using profanity. They were also literally making a tik tok!! When I went there tonight. I pulled in right before 8:00 pm. The manager looked at me and locked the door. When I walked up and looked at the hours on the door. It said they close the lobby at 9:00pm. Then I went through the drive through and placed my order. When I pulled up they said it would be at least 20 minutes for my order to be ready!! She said they were busy which I find hard to believe since I was the only person there!! I just left. I will never go to another kfc!! The management is horrible and I suspect so is the district manager!!
