Had to wait 15 mins on our food, got charged for something we didnt order, and when we got home what we did order(the tenders combo) was missing the fries and biscut, and the tenders were old. Definitely won’t be back. Definitely not worth 50$.

My husband stopped by and got 2 meals. 1 which was 3 wings. Y’all when he got home to Greenville this was what he had… all 3 wings together was barely the same size as the biscuit. I have never gotten wings from any KFC that looked like this! That’s why I don’t like doing the drive thru. Check your food before you leave

Drinks are the only good thing on the order, only staff that was helpful was the cashier everybody else in there attitudes suck. Food terrible, service terrible, shift leads and managers need to be retrained or fired. Never been to a kfc this nasty in my whole life. Had to figure out on my own how to get a refund from the app. I’ve worked fast food so I understand but tonight was unacceptable, multiple people were being back their orders.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Apparently they don’t have any staff with enough intelligence to keep track of orders. It was a simple order in drive thru. The only thing I received that was correct was the receipt. Whole order wrong. It’s not rocket science people , you’re just serving chicken.

If you come during the day this place is ok. Anytime after 9:30 no one wants to work, terrible service. I ordered online at 9:45, they close at 11pm, got here at 10 and my order wasn’t ready till 10:40 pm, and I didn’t get part of my order. If I wanted the Mac and cheese I would have had to wait 15 more minutes past the 40 minutes I was already waiting. Workers in the parking lot talking and bullshitting. Worst experience at any kfc by far.

First time doing an order through the app. Went to the drive through and they said someone else was ahead of me so to pull back around it come inside. Made no sense to me. No one else was ahead or behind me at the drive through. So we went inside. Came home and all of our chicken is burnt and inedible. My son couldn’t eat his kids meal and the chicken in my bowl was burnt to a crisp and also inedible. I had to call and receive a refund. Never again will I go to this KFC. The location on Fairview is also near impossible to get out of and that also makes a huge difference. I wasted a lot of time and money I don’t have getting this food

Good food and employees with a smile! The location needed cleaning in the dining room and some man came in and cursed at the cashier, making me feel a little uneasy. They said we could only use 1 coupon per transaction so I wonder if that’s per store because we used 2 at a different location the week prior. Overall, it was good! The sweet tea was great!

This is my 3rd time coming to the Simpsonville location and each time the service gets worse. There’s no one in line yet I’m always told to pull around to wait for a combo meal. Waiting 15-20 mins each time for the order. No one ever comes out, you have to go inside and restate your order and they all look around confused. There’s literally no one here so how confusing could the one order be? I’ll never go back to this KFC. After reading all of these reviews, the management should be fired and they should either hire more competent staff and management or close the place down and let a competent establishment takes the location. KFC corporate should realize locations like this destroy the entire brand and reputation.
