Very rude, poor customer service. Food is not neatly prepared. I do door dash and will not be picking up orders from this location due to the rude employees I deal with each time I go there. They never have orders ready and take two long to prepare them. Stay away from this subway.

1 employee on at noon. Very rude. She had dyed red and orange hair (sorry I didn’t get her name). She was ringing me up and I asked her how much the pretzels were. Her response was I don’t know. She rang up my sandwich and asked me if I wanted one. Told her I may after I eat. She finished ringing me up and I again asked for the price. She didn’t know. I asked uf the price was on the menu board and her response was I don’t know it might be under thesides. She was rude like customers didn’t matter. She kept telling customers she was by herself and she had 9 sandwiches to make for a togo order. Saw 4 costomers walk out without ordering. Won’t visit here again. Other places want my business.

I had an excellent experience with the General Manager of this subway location. She did an amazing job on my sandwich. I would even go as far as to say that she made my sandwich exactly how I would have, which is a very rare thing. She was super friendly, very welcoming, and extremely patient with my incredibly specific sandwich order. I absolutely love this subway location and will definitely be back.

Never really liked going to this Subway, but the recent staff (Jay) had me laughing the whole time and made my order to perfection. This guy really knows what customer service means, he even took change out of his own pocket to cover my order. I go almost everyday now because of him.

Stephi just served us, she was very rude said everything with an attitude, and she loved to roll her eyes if a customer asked for something. They were out of most of the breads and the salad items, never going there again!!! They need to get there act together and work very hard on there customer service!

Made an online order. Showed up at my order time and was told it hadn’t even been started yet because there was a line of people and only one person working. Why offer services you can’t provide? Why have ONE employee working during dinnertime (5:50pm)? And why serve walk-on customers when you have an order waiting that has ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR? If you cannot offer this service during dinner time do NOT wait until it’s someone’s pickup time to tell them!

Ordered a sub from here to eat at work later that night. When I finally got the chance to take my lunch break while eating the first half of the sub I notice that it starts to taste rotten. I have no idea why this is because the sub appeared to be fresh still, but I ended up throwing it out because it tasted terrible. Idk how they store their toppings and meat but something was off with that sandwich. If you value your health skip this subway and try the one on Cypress near the Publix across from legoland, I have never had an issue with their subs.
