I had a poor experience with delivery (doordash) in which my order never arrived after being marked “delivered”. This was not their fault- and I happened to call to verify everything and tell them what had happened. Hannah answered the phone and was very kind from the start, expressed great concern and was extremely helpful in making sure I got my refund from doordash, as well as informing me that the name I told her of the driver on the app very clearly was not who had picked up the order. I ended up placing another order and picked it up myself- which when I got to the store, both workers (Hannah and a younger man) were very kind to me and even gave me free taco coupons for the inconvenience. I’ve always come to this location and never have issues, and the food is always so much better than any other location i’ve had. After this experience though, I just had to leave a review and express how amazing Hannah is as an employee/manager, thank you!!!

Came to this location tonight after visiting oak harbors… let’s just say Genoa will always be top tier. We told the employee serving us, Hannah, about our poor experience and showed her the food that was given to us at the oak harbor location (not good at all). She was so sweet and apologized for our bad experience and made sure our order looked good. She even threw in free taco coupons for us. Seriously, will always be the best Taco Bell I’ve been to.

Came here to have my burrito with just beans and cheese. When they made it wrong i politely went up and told them they forgot the cheese. The worker had the most attitude i’ve seen in a fast food environment. Also multiple flies were on my food

The food was very good. We were hungry, so we ordered a lot. I asked for one of my tacos to be made without lettuce, but the young lady made it with lettuce. Without missing a beat, she caught the error, and made it correctly, and gave us the error taco for no charge. That is good service.
The only problem with our visit is the ordering process. The kiosk is a pain in the butt. The employees were just standing in the food prep area, while we are trying to use this ridiculous touchscreen. We do not plan on returning, unless we use the drive-thru.
Put someone at the counter to take orders. Treat folks as though they aren’t a burden by patronizing your business.

Hands down the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was exceptional. The hot sauce packets were organized in such an impressive manner. I waited no more than 45 seconds from the time I ordered until my food arrived. Do not let this gas station Taco Bell fool you; I feel fantastic right now.

Always messing up my order, forgetting food, and when you call to tell them about it ,they act like it was your fault. We don’t go to this one anymore. We drive to Northwood, and not once have they ever messed up my order . How hard is it to make a crunchy taco, no lettuce?
