The subway used to be good. Their counter was stocked but now seems like if you go there on a Saturday or Sunday we don’t have this we don’t have that we’re out of this we’re out of that and the guy that works there says the manager will not order the food so they run out, usually most subways have extra food in the back but I guess this one don’t know to me that would fall under customer service’s so my opinion don’t go there on Saturday or Sunday between the hours of five and nine. Are they won’t have enough to make your sandwich.

I went to this particular subways at7:45 PM on Wednesday, June 7 the employee said were closed and it was like six other people in there getting there food the lady that was in there had black friends in there with her so I guess because I’m white I can’t go to this subway Thank God there are other Subway’s they stay open till 11 and they except white people

We waited a good while after our pick up time. The gentleman said they were short staffed……he was working alone. Unacceptable on the owner side but acceptable on the employee side. The employee was trying to be as speedy as possible but there was a line and more than a few online orders. Overall the employee did great but management was lacking.

This place was so bad it was almost comical. When we entered we were ignored while Gavin made an online order. I Realize that the online order came before us, but we should have been acknowledged. The store has a sign on the front door requiring masks but Gavin wasn’t wearing one for our entire visit.We ordered 2 sandwiches my girlfriends sandwich had tomatoes that were either thawed from frozen or going bad. I can’t really describe the texture other than gooey. .

I would give this place a 0 if I could, very ridiculous, was in and ordered two sandwiches and the bread was old and stale! Only one scoop of chicken and it’s suppose to have 2, I couldn’t even eat mine, it even tasted bad, my dog wouldn’t even touch it! My sister’s sandwich was awful also, the bread was so crunchy on hers that she had to take the ingredients off and throw the bread away. This was the first and last time I will ever be at this store and I will be contacting corporate, I’m sure they don’t want a bad reputation!!!

$2.00 for a large cup of water? The employee said she had to change me for the cup, okay…this is fine. I can see charging 50¢ but $2.00? I was charged for a soda. A bottle of water is 21¢ cheaper!! I could’ve got a bottle of water cheaper. Poor customer service and rude! I’ll never come here again. I always order a large water at Subway but have NEVER been changed $2.00 before. Went in for cookies and a potty break… after seeing the state of their bathroom, I skipped the cookies and noped the hell out of there. Looked like mold growing around the toilet bowl, and something that easy to clean being that gross… I’d hate to see the state of the harder things to clean.
