I had placed a mobile order so it would be ready when I got there. It was supposed to be available for pickup at 5:15 & I got there at 5:12. The shelf they have set up for mobile orders was empty so I waited patiently in line to see if my order was going to be brought out to the shelf. 4 customers and 12 sandwiches made later & still no order. When I finally got asked what I would like I told them that I was looking for my mobile order, at which time I was told that they were waiting on wheat bread for one of the two sandwiches I ordered. No, I have to wait on the wheat bread because it wasn’t until I got to the counter when it was put into the oven. So I went to sit down and wait & watch another 6 customers get their sandwiches and salads made before they finally start making the other sandwich. I watched from my seat as the sandwich was being made and when I got to the register I asked if double cheese was put on it like we ordered it and paid extra for & was assured that it was on there. I asked for a drink carrier so that I could carry everything a little easier and I guess they ran out…go figure. When I finally got my order it was 5:40 which means that the sandwich that I didn’t have to wait on to be made had been sitting up there for a half hour already…so much for “eat fresh”. When I finally got home with the food I checked the sandwiches to see how they were made according to the order I had placed. My sandwich which was already done was supposed to have extra mayo…not even close, onion…I counted 3 pieces and I paid extra to add bacon, which I’m pretty sure was always 2 strips per half of a footlong sandwich…this had 2 strips total. Oh, and the footlong sandwich that I was assured had double cheese had 4 half slices just like the other sandwich that I didn’t order double cheese on. So not only was I charged for items that I was either shorted on or just not received at all, but they lied to my face about it. Seriously, how hard is it to make a sandwich? Apparently it’s impossible for people who can’t even be honest when asked a question.

5 stars for Jasmine made our 3 foot long sandwiches. She was very mind full of her shirt not touching our sandwiches as she reached for the items we ask for. Very clean server. The other ladies that were working were dragging their shirts over the sandwiches each time they reached to get anything for the sandwich they were making. I would have told them no thanks, I wouldn’t have paid for the sandwiches from them. I don’t want your sweatie clothes on my food.

Ive recently been stopping into the havendale location and I normally feel good after I leave with my dinner for the night; however tonight was a little different. I thought that if a customer asked for something ( and its asked respectfully) there really shouldn’t be an issue. Tonights employee (Jace) thinks its ok to give attitude because hes asked to not dump all the grease from the bacon all over my sandwich.

So I put in an online order the email said it would be ready in 13 minutes. So me and my husband went to taco bell got his meal then went to subway to pick up mine. I ordered a veggie delight and had pepperoni and bacon added to it. I asked for it to be toasted with all the toppings on it. Well I paid $2.50 for pepperoni and bacon that I did not get. Also it was not toasted. I know this store gets busy and I know you can have rude customers. But come on it’s on a ticket for you to read as you make it………… Also I would like to add that I have spent now 10 minutes listening to the phone ring between the 4 times I have called to store to at least get a refund on what I paid for but did not get. Will call tomorrow to speak with a manager……..

Usually myself and my wife have great food from this location. Quite convenient too, seeing as we live very close. We decided to get 2 sandwiches from here via mobile order. When I brought the food home….OMG. She ordered hers not toasted, I ordered mine toasted, and they got that backwards . Hers was barely warm, her bread was rock-hard, and the meat tasted like dog food. Mine was not even close to warm, cheese and onion sauce were COLD…..and the meat was very chewy. I did not wait that long before going to pick up our order. We are both extremely disappointed with our experience and will definitely reconsider going back any time soon. They definitely dropped the ball on this one.

New manager didn’t want to make sandwich over or give a refund, place has food all on cutting boards looks nasty the knives have sauce on them not cleaned after every use. The manager doesn’t like to wash her hands touches the register and comes back to make sandwich doesn’t change gloves.
