Absolutely awful. I ordered three sandwiches.. close to dinner time. Drove home to find the saddest looking sandwiches ever. Not only were they made incorrectly, the bread was so DAMN Dry they disintegrated in my hands!!! I wouldn’t feed it to my dog in fear she would choke they were so dry! Absolutely NO compassion for making sandwiches at this subway!!! Never again!!

I Eat here always for lunch dine in and take out and my order is always right and when I dine in the store is clean the sub artist are in a zone with a great demeanor I always tip cause of the service I get here and the manager she is real cool thank you !

I had placed a mobile order so it would be ready when I got there. It was supposed to be available for pickup at 5:15 & I got there at 5:12. The shelf they have set up for mobile orders was empty so I waited patiently in line to see if my order was going to be brought out to the shelf. 4 customers and 12 sandwiches made later & still no order. When I finally got asked what I would like I told them that I was looking for my mobile order, at which time I was told that they were waiting on wheat bread for one of the two sandwiches I ordered. No, I have to wait on the wheat bread because it wasn’t until I got to the counter when it was put into the oven. So I went to sit down and wait & watch another 6 customers get their sandwiches and salads made before they finally start making the other sandwich. I watched from my seat as the sandwich was being made and when I got to the register I asked if double cheese was put on it like we ordered it and paid extra for & was assured that it was on there. I asked for a drink carrier so that I could carry everything a little easier and I guess they ran out…go figure. When I finally got my order it was 5:40 which means that the sandwich that I didn’t have to wait on to be made had been sitting up there for a half hour already…so much for “eat fresh”. When I finally got home with the food I checked the sandwiches to see how they were made according to the order I had placed. My sandwich which was already done was supposed to have extra mayo…not even close, onion…I counted 3 pieces and I paid extra to add bacon, which I’m pretty sure was always 2 strips per half of a footlong sandwich…this had 2 strips total. Oh, and the footlong sandwich that I was assured had double cheese had 4 half slices just like the other sandwich that I didn’t order double cheese on. So not only was I charged for items that I was either shorted on or just not received at all, but they lied to my face about it. Seriously, how hard is it to make a sandwich? Apparently it’s impossible for people who can’t even be honest when asked a question.

The subs are not very full. They are nothing like Publix subs. There’s more bread than filling. I do like their tuna fish though it’s really good just not much of it.

My husband and I order bacon egg cheese sandwich. The girl making the order gave us half of the eggs half of the bacon . We always shop here when we asked she said it only takes half when we order here almost every day and the older lady always make it right … I would never buy here again

Delivered with the wrong chips, no drink, sandwich made with stale bread with only meat and salt and pepper, skimpy toppings. I called 7 times before reaching anyone. I am only allotting a second star because the manager, Candace, said she’s refunding my order.
