Me and my girlfriend came in for cups of water and the store manager named Tony decided to be a complete jerk. He said they don’t have cups of water and I’m gonna have to pay for it. He decided to charge me $7 for water and was a jerk the entire time. I said “I dont know why I’m being charged for water” and he responded with “you’re paying for the cup duh”. His vibe and tone was completely uninviting and mean Tony does not belong in food service.

Not a well run Subway. During the day it’s ok but the night shift is inexcusably bad. They claim to be open but rarely after 6 or 7 is anyone to be found behind the counter. 2 nights ago I went in at 7:30 and there was no one to be seen. I looked in the back kitchen area and seen someone’s hands playing on their phone. I said loudly are you guys open? They immediately responded by going further into the kitchen where I couldn’t see them. Not only are they not doing their job, they are deliberately avoiding customers. 3 stars for day shift, 0 stars for night staff.

Not a good experience with the employees leaving the store unattended then the big black lady with dreads (i think) comes out of no where and says “No one is back there” when i tried looking to see if they were in the back. Horrible experience !!!! This woman was extremely rude and did not care how you wanted your food prepared and made. Argued with us about it, visible upset and stated she worked in a timely fashion and basically we needed to hurry and figure it out. (It was one of our parties first time eating at a subway). No one was in line behind us either! Never go here. Find another subway!

Walked up there was a line with people leave from waiting so long for the employees to bother to come do their jobs. The employee working at this location is extremely rude! To the point where we we’re in the process ordering our food and he continued to argue about what we wanted on our subs. He told us we couldn’t add what we wanted so we changed our order several times so we could get the ingredients we wanted. He continued to argue and up charge us on everything! We didn’t even order our food since he was so rude and incompetent! I would not recommend this location!

I ordered 5 subs through Grubhub and every one of them were wrong. I paid extra for extra cheese and they came with no cheese. Each sub had the wrong toppings plus they were not even labeled what they were. I order foid frequently for work and this was the worst food I have ever experienced.
