Just wanted cookies. In fact they just came out. I was right at the cash register. One staff member was enjoying one him self. At the register. With a mouth full “ these are good cookies.” Another customer walked in and ordered 3 sandwiches. He said he’ll take your order. I’ll ring out out.

Do not eat here. Sneaky, dishonest, didn’t follow menu description. Ordered footlong #23 sub. Comes with double cheese, don’t have to order extra cheese. The person put a 1 slice layer of each of the two meat types, when you normally get two slices in each layer. They put only 4 half slices (normal for other subs) of cheese instead of 8 pieces. Dressed the sub with desired toppings. At checkout I offered my debit card to pay and she took it from hand ran the payment, then very quickly added a 20% gratuity which I didn’t notice till later in the day. People behind the counter had zero personality and were neither friendly or engaging.

Zero star not even 1. How does a sandwich for $8.50 come with 2 tiny pieces of turkey, I looked at it and said that doesn’t seem normal isn’t there more meat? No they would not add any more. I can only taste the bread on this flimsy sandwich. I asked for ice water and cashier said “we now charge for cups” and I said ok thinking it’s 50 cents- No! For just a cup for water is $3.20!!! What is wrong with this place!

Went to door at 9:26pm and it was locked even though open till 9:30pm on door. Gentleman who came to door was rude even when I showed him the official time and stated I would contact the ownership about closing early. The quality of buisness hours acumen has gone down everywhere.

Troy and Paco are AWESOME!!! Came in at a very busy time on a Saturday, with a line almost out the door. Even though it was just the two of them making it work, one mainly making all the sandwiches and the other working register and helping with the sandwiches as he could, they killed it. The line had some sour attitudes and they stayed afloat and positive despite the pressure. I think it’s important to recognize that stuff so I mentioned it to them while I was going through the sandwich creation part. They both smiled very big before another worker butted in to agree — it was a wholesome moment. When I got to the checkout, I was give my sub with a receipt with a price of $0…. I was like, hey I gotta pay for this. He then came back over and said he had a coupon and wanted to use it — COOL! Sometimes a little kindness on both end goes a long way, like that day. Thank you both, Troy and Paco, for having outstanding service and attitudes. You guys are phenomenal workers!!!

I ordered a meatball sub which came with rocks instead of meatballs and the ones that were not rock hard was extremely crispy burnt.. and to top it off half of my sub didn’t even have anything on it it was just the bread and sauce

Ordered a sandwich for pickup, with double meat and all trimmings. It did not have double meat, and the toppings and sauces were thrown in the bread in clumps, not spread out at all. Terrible. NO PRIDE taken at all. The price of the sandwich was refunded, after a phone call. This is the 3rd time this location has failed to make a proper sandwich, as ordered. Nice staff, but they just don’t seem to care about presentation and doing things right.

When I went last got a foot long chicken sandwich with bacon and southwest sauce, shredded cheese: toasted with two sides of chips and a large drink. Got the cheese bread or I also get the flatbread.
