Ordered a Sub Meal through Subways Official Website: Footlong Sub, drink, and chips or 2 cookies. I chose the 2 cookies. I ordered for delivery because I am currently at work. When the delivery driver arrived with my food, it had the sub and drink, but no cookies and on the receipt, the workers just wrote “out”. No call saying they were out, would you like to sub for something else? Just took my money for a meal when I did not end up with a meal. I called the restaurant, and they said they cannot refund me for the cookies I did not receive but that I could go pick them up if I really wanted them. I cannot leave work to pick up cookies I ordered for delivery and told them as much. They said it was not their fault, they told the delivery driver to call me. I didn’t order through a 3rd party website, I ordered through Subway. It is on Subway to make sure I get what I paid for. While the sub itself is good, the staff at this location are horrible and don’t take accountability for their own mistakes and stealing customers money by not giving them what they paid for. Would recommend going to a different location.

Umm did not look clean, the bearded lady did not seem to care to serve me. She said nothing to me when I walked in so I said cheerfully hello how are you, she did not give a response. I gave her my order, the veggies looked old, the meat balls were literally cold.

Second time coming here on Thurs, Oct. 9, 2025. Ordered my usual spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese footlong. Wanted to use the restroom to wash up, but the employee said it’s out of order and still hasn’t been fixed. In addition they don’t have any free water cup to get tap water from the machine. The other employee said you have to pay for it. Definitely lack of kindness and resources at this Subway location. Very stingy.

I got 2 paper-thin slices of pepperoni and salami on my 6″ Spicy Italian, and barely 1 slice of cheese. The tea I ordered was out, and by the looks of the misplaced lids, hadn’t even been brewed (at 7 PM). Store itself was super grungy, but 2 stars for the associate wishing me a good night. You’re probably better off going next door for a Pub Sub.

Ordering online at this location is a complete waste of time. Some time ago, I didn’t have any problems but for the last couple of months, now of my sandwiches have been made right. There’s absolutely no point in adding in your lil notes/instructions because they’re definitely overlooked. I used to think it’s just the same person that’s making the sandwiches that don’t care but that is a lie. It be different employees each time. I always ask for extra lettuce, onions and bell peppers and I end up with the bare minimum of all. Tonight, I could literally count the amount of lettuce I had on my coldcut. Andddddd the employee confirmed the sandwich was made exactly as instructed. That was a complete lie! Everyone knows what makes a good sammich and without some ingredients, it’s a complete disaster! Looks like going in at this location to order is ya best bet!

The service was disappointing. The lady was unwelcoming and dismissive when I questioned the size of my 6-inch sandwich, simply saying “that’s how it is.” Despite asking to dine in, my order was bagged to go. I also ordered one cookie but was given two without explanation. Overall, the experience felt careless and inattentive.

My food was great. But the two workers working at 12:06 on Saturday March 29, 2025 were the worst workers I have ever seen. It took them 10 minutes to make a basic sandwich and they still managed to give me the wrong cheese. These workers were clearly high and if they weren’t that is worse. They weren’t able to understand the basic concept of subway, which is you can make your own sandwich’s not only the sandwich’s on the menu. This was truly a terrible experience which took 30 minutes in total for one sandwich .
