Ordered sandwiches on the app and ALL of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. The sandwiches were missing, lettuce, cucumbers, hot, honey, and one sandwich had the wrong bread. On top of the missing items, two sandwiches were made wrong or one hot, shredded cheese, and the other hot salt and pepper, even though it was not ordered. When I tried calling the store, the stores number does not work. I did try calling the regional manager who I spoke to and said he would follow up but never did. I went to the store where the “closing manager” call the GM, but I was told that if I didn’t have the sandwiches from the night before, even though I had the pictures, they could not do anything. I do not even care about a refund however, I do feel like considering that I paid for an order that was completely wrong, the issue should’ve been resolved. At the end of the day. I will not be going back nor will I recommend anyone to come here again. You are better off going to the other subways in Sun City. Too bad because this business is obviously failing, and they are losing business by not making a wrong, right.

I stopped by this Subway recently and had such a great experience. The manager was incredibly kind and attentive, and you can tell she really cares about both her team and the customers. The store was spotless, which isn’t always the case at fast food spots, and everyone working there had a great attitude. My sandwich was fresh, made exactly how I asked, and came out perfect. You can really feel the pride this location takes in their service. Definitely my go-to Subway from now on.

Food quality drastically going down over last year. Bread on 3 sandwiches stale. Cookies definitely old. Whole restaurant has crumbs and trash thrown about.
The sandwich station was covered with food. Walked in with no other customers. Why not take 10 seconds and wipe down the area?
Our society is increasingly lowering standards. The sandwich meat was lazily thrown on in clumps of meat. Who wants to eat balls of ham on stale bread? Lettuce is browning.
Then there was no tea that used to be standard in Subway. But the last time I had it there the teapot definitely wasn’t cleaned and tasted awful rotten…so I guess that’s an option to just not offer it.
We need a society reset. It’s like nobody hardly takes any pride in their job or life. They can’t all work for Chick-fil-A.

Ordered a cold cut combo, guess combo no longer exist. Got a bologna & cheese sandwich on a rock hard white roll. Next sandwich was a large tuna on Italian bread, it was a mess, bread was rock hard, tuna was non existent just received veggies and a thin spread of tuna. Tried calling store to complain only got voice mail recording.
It’s very sad because this location has been going downhill!! When you spend $10 + a sandwich you expect to receive what you paid for!! Subway was known for its great fresh bread and sandwiches.
Just by the pics attached looking at the roll the crust indicates this was old stale bread!!
NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION!!!
I only hope someone at corporate sees this message and gets back to me have little faith in the recording I left getting a response!

I went to the subway in Ruskin today and miss Lonnie and Mr aqib serve me we had the two All-American subs footlongs fresh vegetables amazing meats cheeses the service impeccable the two workers were absolutely amazing I suggest everyone everyone come back to this Subway they have changed and the two employees are absolutely amazing. They’ve become a well-oiled machine amazing.

I’m very upset after getting off after a long shift to get told this place was hours prior to the time posted. Door was open sign said open and I didn’t see the young gentleman in process of closing instead he was hiding in the back with whoever was there. Having to travel to a subway that was 15 mins away from my location when this was three minutes from my own house is upsetting. Mind this the current time is 9:46

Why would this manager leave the store to be ran by a minor. Wow . And the manager left the store to go home and left this kid in prepared, there is no onions cut, no cheese , the meatballs barely any. The kid couldn’t get me onions because he’s a minor and isn’t allowed to cut any. The kid however did a great job trying his best to make is happy. Ots the manager the problem. Also the store is very dirty and of course this kid can’t do both cook and clean up

The evening shift on 9/8/23 is slow and disregards online orders. Order was supposed to be ready and when we arrived it had not even been started. They can’t seem to multitask and have terrible customer service skills. Blatant lack of cleanliness. After 5+ sandwiches the counter was not cleaned a single time

We ordered for delivery and unfortunately if you’re not there when they’re making the salad, they will barely fill half a bowl – but you pay full price. I’m extremely disappointed and was left hungry. Just because I prefer to eat healthier, doesn’t mean I’m on a diet. See for yourself in the pictures…
