I ordered to go sandwhich, upon arriving back at work I see my sandwich was made with old super hard bread, I had to throw out the bread because it was so hard. The inside was ok and service was not good. No very happy I am sure the person preparing could see that this was old bread. Not acceptable.

Bro this place should be the worst subway in the guiniss world records because the staff [which was only one person] was in a facetime during making my sub. Also, the sandwich was hard and this guy barly put anything on the sub. I dont know how this place in still in buissness. Like rellay, 11 dollars for a sub with a tiny bit of meat and cheese?

I’ve been eating here on a weekly basis for about a month now. The service was a bit shaky at first but then it started to get better as new faces were hired. The store is clean compared to Subways’ nearby, the meat is fresher, the bread is better, minus the mini cockroaches in the women’s room. However, the short lady w/ the dreads is very rude. She’s very loud. She’ always aggravated. Someone is always getting into an argument w/ her. She’s just pure UNPROFESSIONAL. She tried to belittle me one time over the price of a sandwich. Some girls iced the store fronts’ window and the lobby for saying something rude to them after asking for napkins. Instead of just politely telling them, napkins were only for customers, she told the ladies “Go get napkins where ever you got that cup from that you’re using to get ice from the lobby.” I don’t think I’ll be eating here if she doesn’t straighten up her attitude. I rather deal w/ the early girl w/ the long dreads or the guy who closes the store. They are nice, neat, and they don’t rush the customers. The manager seems to always be in a rush. I can’t even tell if the manager is the manager until someone complains. Either this store does better, or I’ll be eating from 7th ave. That’s for me and my co-workers!! And her cookies are always burnt!!!!!!

This team at this Subway works like wow.. excellent teamwork!! one , two three excellent! excellent! I even tipped them more than I wanted to.. Very good,small, clean Subway. nice set of people. The price was right as well from my meal $5.50.

Terrible experience here. The lady wasn’t listening to my order of a steak and egg footlong. Simply threw the egg on after and charged me over $10 for a breakfast sub. Do not go here if you want to be over charged and pay for their mistakes.

The worst customer service. She (Coretta) kept me waiting and burnt the sub and then made a second sub which was terribly a mess. If the supervisors are reading please take a note of this. Never come again at this place
