First off, the cashier roughly snatched my money out of my hand, the place needs to be cleaned after clearly being busy at lunch (only two gentlemen at tables so not busy). Most tables had food on it. The staff needs to monitor food prep because they ran out if steak, with a 30 minute wait, so I was offered chicken instead. . . and a coupon. I’d rather an up size on my small drink or nachos! The staff explaining was very nice. The cashier was much more polite serving me my alternative meal. She should be that nice initially, not after a problem with my order due to their oversight.

Atmosphere impeccable! Service and Customer Service outstanding! Food…I won’t waste my money!
$5 is not alot of money, but it’s the principle and the fact that whoever prepared my order didn’t think much of me as a customer. Someone does not respect, or takes pride in the product their employer and company worked hard and sacrificed countless hours to create their brand.
This is pic of the double burrito I received. Don’t bother showing the hard shelled taco or the like warm cinnamon things.

I go to the Mesquite Nevada tacobell often today I had the cheesy fiesta potatoes with my box I chose and I can’t believe a employee would ever serve a customer potatoes all hard dried out and crunchy like a tortilla chip!! It wasn’t just one or even a few it was the whole bowl and 1 teaspoon of cheese sauce on it to make matters worse this bowl of potatoes was a 0 rating absolutely nothing like others I’ve gotten….You should be ashamed whoever the employee was to serve a customer potatoes that should have been thrown in the trash!!!!!

I visited Taco Bell to order one single thing and the main ingredient for that single thing they did not have. I ordered online and had to ask for a refund they were going to try to substitute it with chipotle sauce. And the employee and the manager seemed super irritated with me.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to!The team has superb customer support, the quality of our food was outstanding, and the manager runs a great store. Currently traveling the country in a Skoolie and have been to many Taco Bell’s. Best one I’ve been to hands down. Typical Taco Bell… but was very disappointed in my chalupas and they are my favorite… I had hardly any meat of anything in them so they could have just served my the fry bread and I wouldn’t know the difference since there was nothing in them … made me sad

Most of these restaurants are the same witch is good and bad. You know what you are getting no surprise. The place was clean service was fast. The restroom was clean. Food was hood and tasty location is good easy to get in and out. Service was great and very friendly i would definitely go back
