The opening time is 6am, I wanted to get a sandwich for my son for school. We went at 6:50 am, almost an hour after opening and they front lady said that she hasn’t counted the register with an hour to do so? Keep in mind she has a coworker as well. Very terrible customer service. They had their “Open” sign on and the door was unlocked. If you aren’t serving why do that? Just a waste of peoples time.

The worst customer service. On the door says it opens at 6 and the open sign light is turned on. I went to get my daughter and sub and the door was locked. When tried to ask the lady what time they will be opening, she just shook her head and walked to the back. They have no care for you.

Great food but they have an unpleasant looking lady who is both unfortunately hard of hearing and acts like its the costumer’s fault her life hasn’t worked out well. Everyone else was very nice though!

My experience here was horrible Alicia is a horrible server. When we walked in, there was already a woman with her younger daughter upset with her, so much that she walked out nd just left her whole order! Another man walked in nd wanted extra turkey, she told him “NO” he said he’d pay extra, she still told him “NO”. He was like why not? She said “bc NO!” Her tone of voice, not just to the customers but also to her younger co worker was krazy disrespectful!! The way she ordered him around nd told what to do like a drill sargent, smh no one deserves to be talked down to like that! When I went to Him to pay him nd give Him his tip she yelled at me “hey both of us work here okay!!!” I said back to her “yea but he made both our sandwiches. I told her she’s mad rude nd disrespectful!” Nd she told me to “SHUT-UP!” Multiple times!!! That’s krazy smh. She continued to yell at me in Spanish, I have no idea what else she was going off about. Alicia is the most UNPROFESSIONAL nd DISRESPECTFUL employee I’ve encountered in a long time. I can see why the lady ahead of me walked out! Nd the man after, said he’d never be comming back! She can’t barely communicate let alone get along with anybody nd her attitude just flat out sucks!!! How she is still employed there is mind blowing.

Terrible experience. Please avoid this place at all cost! Went to have lunch, worst customer service ever. I got a drink and when I look inside there were some kind of parasite and small worms inside. I showed this to the manager and she told the workers “ice machine again”. Apparently they are well aware of the poor and disgusting conditions the drinks are being served. Nobody gave me an explanation nor solution. Definitely going to report this to the authorities since the food being served here is threatening with people’s health. Avoid at all costs!

This is the THIRD time I’ve ordered from you guys. Inside and delivery. Your workers are lazy and ignorant. And the BREAD IS NEVER COOKED PROPERLY. Not to mention I asked for it toasted and they said they did. Like how can you sit their and make a sandwich and let it go out the door knowing NONE of the bread is prepped properly. AND HOW DO U FORGET CHEESE ON A STEAK AND CHEESE. You guys need more than a store update. My last time ordering from yall, for sure! (My first and only complaint ever, on ANYTHING!)
