Great! Awesome staff. I came in at apparently their rush hour and was impressed by how the staff managed the craziness and everyone’s demands. They didn’t complain or seem rude and the subs were made well. Bread was slightly old and hard but they were running out due to demand.

I ordered a sub online yesterday and the entire sub was covered in yellow mustard (which I ordered normal amount on). It was on the outside of the bread, first bite had mustard gushing out the sides, and left the entire footlong inedible. I tried to call the store, no answer. So I wrote an email and got a response of “I’m sorry” from a “Butch Kiss” in response. No offer to replace the sub I had to throw away or even a discount coupon. It takes a LOT for me to complain but I think having to throw out an entire meal due to excessive condiments is worthy of more than just a “I’m sorry” email from the franchise owner. Will never be giving my business to this local subway. I will drive out of my way to give my money to another franchise. Very disappointed.

Come here all the time and I always got a great meal with a friendly smile from staff. Aimed to please the customer. Tap and pay for Android makes paying fast and easy. Fresh ingredients. The turn over is often thus this store is popular. They keep the store clean and well maintained on the inside. The sign outside has been fixed.

Our sub maker was not interested in listening to what we wanted on our subs and just put whatever they felt should go on it. Tried a few times to speak louder and tell them that was wrong but we were not heard.

Looks like subway has changed again. The bread is more chewy now and the meats aren’t that good.
Not sure why all this food places are doing this but they will continue to lose business then shut down.
