Such a beautiful place on Main Street in Soap Lake! You are greeted at the door and asked if you have a reservation. If it’s not packed, don’t worry, it’s not always necessary. Call ahead if you’re unsure. The decor is inviting and makes you feel like you are in their kitchen. Its beautiful! The aroma of all the spices fills the air. I had pizza! I have had it before, but dare I say, it was even better this time! If you like an old school pie that folds under the pressure of cheese and toppings, while still providing a fluffy, crunchy and delicious crust, then you really need to try the pizza here! They serve spiced oils with your pizza as well! All around great experience.

Wonderful experience! Best sit down service I think I’ve ever had. The food was simply amazing. Unfortunately, I got filled up before I could try desert but it was amazing all around. This is my new favorite place for steak! The Sevier was fast, friendly and seemed genuinely happy. I was impressed, the dinning area was clean and well spaced out. Really great considering it’s a small business, with a small building in a small town. I simply loved it.

I have made my way to Soap Lake from the Seattle area twice now just to enjoy the Pepperoni Brazilian Style pizza. Everyone has their idea of the ideal pizza, but it isn’t easy to find someone that makes it. This pizza is my “spirit pizza”. An expertly-crafted wood-fired pizza with charred pepperoni cups (the best kind of pepperoni), soft but slightly crunchy sweet white onions, super-stretchy cheese and a delicious crust. And Kalamata olives for a wonderful balance of flavors.

The food was impeccable. The wait staff was very friendly but needed more training. It was worth every penny, but when you’re paying that much, you also need impeccable service.

My fiance and I decided to try this place out for date night. Absolutely amazing food! we got the rustic chicken and a calzone to split. Best calzone I have ever had. The cheese was melted perfectly and it wasn’t too much dough. It was cooked evenly and perfect from the wood fire stove. The flavors just delightful. The rustic chicken came out sizzling and my mouth instantly watered. The only thing I would say to improve the dish would be if the potatoes were seasoned more. Otherwise it was so delicious. Defintely will return to try the other food options offered. Overall amazing experience

From one Italian to another, I hope this doesn’t disrespect the owner or chef by me guessing but I spent our whole dinner trying to figure out where this restaurant threw me back to in November of 2018 when i visited Italy. I can’t put my finger on it but it had to be Rome or Palermo Italy, again I’m very sorry if I’m wrong. I can’t begin to explain the nostalgia that was given to me while dinning yesterday with my husband and for that I’m so very grateful! We made a reservation but had to push it back a little and they understood, which we appreciated. The food was very authentic and I thoroughly enjoyed watching how the calzones and pizza were made while we dined. Our server was sweet, she mentioned she was new and honestly coming from working in the industry, it didn’t show one bit. I didn’t want to interrupt anyone while we were leaving because it was pretty busy (and that just speaks to how good the food was and is) but I REALLY wanted to thank the owner for not only an amazing dinner but for providing an atmosphere that truly brought me back. I hope this review does just as much justice as thanking them in person. We most definitely will be back even though we are a ways out, this is worth the drive! Thank YOU…no no GRAZIE

The atmosphere was so relaxing and rejuvenating that it made me so happy. We were seated outside and helped by 3 different people on a constant basis, the wait for our food was not slow and our food was fresh/super hot when we got it which is always a plus! The waiter/waitress (we had both) were so adorable and sweet! They made sure we knew what we were getting and never once was rude. We paid our bill with them at the table and then left with our leftovers. The portion size is great for the price you pay especially the appetizers!!! All in all it was a wonderful experience and I cant wait to go back!

This is a family owned and run bastion of good food in an unlikely locale. In a larger city with lots of great dining options, this place would still hold its own and even stand out. In Soap Lake, it is a must visit. The bolognese is so flavorful and the correct balance of saucy with chunks of meaty goodness. The Caesar salad was a disappointment as it was missing the bright, savory, lemony/anchovy flavor of a true Caesar. However, the house salad, which can sometimes be an afterthought, more than made up for that. Made of super fresh lettuces and veggies with a tangy dressing that actually had me craving more salad! What?? They also don’t skimp on the cheese – on the pizzas, in the salads etc, which I am always a fan of.

8/29/2023 – Great atmosphere but quite noisy, good service, mediocre food. I ordered a medium-rare steak and it was raw. $84 for an undercooked filet that was waaaaaaaay too salty, like SUPER DUPER salty, a plate of sardines would’ve been less salty… and for some unknown reason they were out of all steaks except for filet, even though we had reservations three weeks in advance. 1 star. My wife’s food was Gnocchi with marinara that was about 3 stars. Meh.
