Artisan Pizza has the best pizza with the freshest ingredients and amazing service. You can taste the love in the food. The chicken parm and garlic knots are the best I have ever had. You have to try them out. The service is second to none! I found my new favourite pizza! I want to try all the flavours.

My fiancée and I decided to try this place and we were seriously impressed. We ordered the meat lovers pizza, garlic knots, and wings — and everything was on point.
The meat lovers pizza was loaded and perfectly balanced. Tons of toppings, great flavour, and the crust had that ideal crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside texture. You could tell it was made fresh.
The garlic knots were buttery, soft, and packed with garlic flavour without being overwhelming. And the wings? Crispy, juicy, and well sauced — not dry at all.
On top of the great food, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
Portions were generous, quality was solid, and overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving great pizza and sides — we’ll definitely be back.

Came here for the first time and the food was absolutely delicious! We got the garlic knots, garlic bread and two medium pizzas – the spinach delight and the meat lovers. We had lots of leftovers!
The spinach delight is my perfect pizza, lots of cheese and garlic butter instead of tomato sauce is *chef’s kiss*. The crust is chewy and crispy and absolutely delicious. The meat lovers was just covered in meat, and you definitely need two hands to hold it flat! The garlic knots were the same chewy dough as the pizza and delicious. The garlic bread is so buttery and garlicky. The homemade tiramisu was absolutely heavenly, light and delicious!
The owners are also super friendly and nice, and I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area for sure.

Stopped by Artisan Pizza on a whim and was honestly impressed. The pizza is clearly made with quality ingredients. The crust has that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the flavors do not feel overdone. You can tell a lot of care goes into what they’re making. Service was friendly and relaxed, and the atmosphere feels welcoming without trying too hard. Definitely one of the best pizza spots in Burlington i’ve ever been to, and I will be coming back to try more of the menu!! So delicious!!!!

This place is amazing! Artisan Pizza has such of a variety of foods to choose from. Personally, my fav is the garlic knots but everything else is AMAZING. Generous toppings as well, I ordered a pep pizza and got like 9 slices of pep per slice! Clean environment as well, love the staff too, shout out to Andrew! This place is absolutely amazing. Would recommend to anyone else that is in the area! 🙂

This place is great, I had a panzorotti, that i decided to eat there. They asked if I needed anything and gave me extra sauce so I could finish the last little bit. The panzerotti was very tasty, I like that they have warm marinara, and the service was amazing. Incredibly friendly staff, they deserve 5 stars, and if you haven’t given them a shot you should.

Every time I have eaten food from here, it has always been delicious. From the pizza, pasta, salad and garlic knots, there has never been disappointment. All the food comes hot and fresh with a quick delivery. The staff are wonderful and full of smiles! Order from Artisan for a yummy meal!

Their pizza is good, but for some reason youre not welcome here. It seems like a family owned pizza place but cashier (extremely rude person btw) just didnt want to take the order and consistently discouraged me saying wait time isnt guaranteed and “i cant tell you how long its gona take” kinda attitude like cmon

Last week,i visited to order a pepperoni pizza. A lady took my order and told me it would take 15-20 minutes. However, I noticed she was wearing a headphone and using her phone and then continued making the pizza with the same hands.
Please make sure proper hygiene is followed, especially when handling food. This was very disappointed and raised concerns about cleanliness. Because of this experience,I do not plan to return please hire people give them basic training first. Basic food safety standards really need improvement . I will miss their homemade and handmade pizza .

I personally know Ricco and his staff, and I used to come in often. Sergio and they knows me everyone personally. I live very close by, near New Street at Venvi Christopher Terrace Retirement Living.
I’ve placed delivery orders many times, especially when my grandchildren visit, and they absolutely love your pizza and the place. That’s why this incident was so disappointing for me that day. I only shared what I personally saw.
