I absolutely don’t recommend this establishment. I ordered two different sandwiches with complete different ingredients and they gave me two meatball subs like do the employees actually read what they are given? I never write out a review because I could normally care less but today I’ve had it with these terrible business that hardly meet the standards their advertising. All I want is to be able to order some food and get what I paid for so I will never be eating from subway again

Shelly (assumed shift lead or manger at late day/night) is terribly rude. I asked for a sandwich to be remade because the bread was burnt. It immediately became an issue in which she insulted my better half’s intelligence and rolled her eyes at me several times. The altercation ended with my better half running out of the restaurant in tears because she’s so rude and condescending. In my personal opinion (being a restaurant manager myself) this woman has absolutely ZERO business working in food service and should be removed from payroll immediately to avoid any more unpleasant altercations that may leave this store with a bad reputation

Come here all the time and I always got a great meal with a friendly smile from staff. Aimed to please the customer. Tap and pay for Android makes paying fast and easy. Fresh ingredients. The turn over is often thus this store is popular. They keep the store clean and well maintained on the inside. The sign outside has been fixed.

I wanted to make sure to say thanks for the great service. I came in with my nephew for lunch. The parking lot and interior of the location are very clean and welcoming. Even though it was just us, a second employee came out and asked our sandwich artist if they needed any help, which I thought was kind. Helpful, courteous, and professional service is appreciated! Oh yeah, and the sandwich quality was great.

This stores management needs training and know how to talk to customers without cutting customer off when they are trying to explain a situation and to ask a question. Especially when customer is being calm and trying to get an answer.
