One of the worst subway locations ever conceived. They don’t take most subway coupons. They don’t accept subway rewards points. They are frequently out of items. The employees frequently ignore the toppings listed on the sandwich and put whatever they want. They also ignore any comments input as to how you want the sandwich made. They frequently don’t have orders ready or even started when you go during the pickup time that the app says your order will be ready by. When I tried to engage them in conversation the last time I was there. The girl that says she works at the Deland location as well was quite rude and didn’t even reply to me several times. Make the 4.5 mile drive to the other howland location. None of these problems ever seem to happen over there.

On 12/12/22, two young associates were faced with a dinner rush @6:30pm. With 8 people in line and at least 2 online orders, the two girls pushed thru, and efficiently and effectively met all customers needs. These two gave their best effort and I was very impressed with their ability to operate under pressure. Whoever those two employees were, they deserve a raise.

The staff was quick. It’s Friday, so I didn’t worry too much about nice. Used a Subway Series coupon for $17.99, but after I finished it came up to $26.25. Some of the sandwiches came with bacon or mozzarella but I was charged extra. Oh well, not everything is a true discount.

Was here getting dinner with my fiancé an the lady before us. Was arguing with the girl who was cashing her out cause since she already put it through th system an the lady wanted to change the amount. Was arguing an i stepped in to help the cashier cause i know how she feels. then the lady left saying she gonna talk to the owner an manager cause she knows them. the cashier an other worker handled it the best they could. Then she comes back saying more stuff an then talked to a manager. then as she left she comes back to my fiancé an i arguing with me. i told her to please leave she is causing an disturbance for no reason. then one of the girls told her to leave. they handled the issue very well an still did their jobs. an great food after

Bad service from a heavy set blond girl host ID SPM20220525011335. She was rude, tried to make our subs and and another customers at same time. When told, that, we wanted to pay for our subs, she proceeded to continue making another customers sub. She then began to make excuses and then said, We could leave if we were going to be rude. Response to her, was, can we just pay and leave. She then gave receipt and said, She hopes we take the survey and complain. She then, didn’t give back change. She was asked and then opened up the register to give us back our change. When, told her, that her customer service was horrible, she stated that she’s been with them since 2008. Didn’t have a name tag or we’d leave her name. But from her description, she doesn’t need a name tag. Obvious who she is. Bad business, and she should be retrained, at the very least.

Bathroom wasn’t clean or stocked with toilet paper or paper towels. Only had white or wheat bread. Veggies didn’t look fresh. I recommend going somewhere else.
