Horrible customer service. I placed an order through their app, it charged my card, but when I came to pick it up they said the order never came through on their end. I showed them the receipt in the app and the charge in my bank account, and the store manager rudely said “If it doesn’t come through our computer then we can’t help you.” Did not even apologize for the inconvenience. A company who prides themselves on good customer service would have at the very least offered a free cookie or a coupon for next time. How someone with such mediocre customer service skills ends up in a manager position blows my mind. Come on, take a little pride in your work. More importantly, put more value on good customer service.

Food is delicious! Sub maker gave some tips on making a tasty sub. She said bake in oven & melt cheese with onions & green peppers over the meat first. Then add onions & green peppers again with other toppings. I added extra sauce with pepper, parmasan, & oregano. Yum everytime!!!

Ok so I order 4 subs off the app and the add on the app says buy 2 get 1 free. I check out and it charges me for all 4 subs. So when I go to the store I ask about it. The response I get was appalling after showing them the add I’m told there is nothing they can do. So I call the district manager Tom Reilly and just get a voicemail. Is this for real? Whatever happened to customer service? Who operates or condones this type of customer service and deceptive advertising? I guess buyer beware. I’ll update if my call is returned.

This place serves best veggie sub as the patty is very soft. Chicken and bread used are very fresh. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Patio seating is a plus as one can enjoy the good view of the shopping hustle around.

Very nice subway! Staff are fast, and friendly. I’d give 5 stars but they have an ongoing issue – which is when it’s hot outside, it’s hot inside this Subway. Not just “less cool”, but actually HOT. If I want to sit down and eat on a hot day, I avoid this place because it’s so stifling.
